great for pizza dough and pasta dough
before i was kneading dough by hand and my back really prevented my from getting my hands in the dough. This machine has been a life saver as it kneads for you without the constant body work required. I literally just pour all my ingredients in and voila. I could barely tell the difference between recipes done by hand compared to this machine. Overall will be doing more and its such a time saver too. the things is also pretty easy to clean and saves me from having to clean the counter. Saves cook time and clean time. I wonder if this is how professional pizza places makes it so quickly now. well worth the investment

Had to Return
I wouldn’t recommend. Bought as a gift for an elderly family member who loves making bread but is unable to manually kneed dough anymore. This machine mixes fine but the “ferment” function doesn’t keep the large metal bowl warm enough to allow the bread to rise. I assisted after first failed attempt ensuring the yeast was fresh and the liquid was correct temperature to activate the yeast. Didn’t work, dough never rose. Sadly had to return.

This dough mixer has made baking so much easier! Capacity is perfect for large batches , and the ferment function works like charm. The stainless steel whisk mixes dough evenly, the the top window is super convenient for adding water or seasoning without stopping. My only small issue is that it’s a bit bulky and takes up counter space, but it’s worth it for the performance. Overall, a great tool for any home baker!

I’m loving this. It makes breadmaking so much easier
I have a hard time kneading bread dough but love fresh baked bread so this dough mixer is really coming in handy. I love that I can just put the ingredients into the bowl and turn it on and have the mixer mix and knead the dough for me. These is even a little hole in the top where I can remove the cap and add a little water or flour without removing the entire lid from the bowl. It also has a fermentation setting where I can leave the dough in the bowl to rise and come back to it later. I’ve been enjoying a lot more fresh baked bread and also made some delicious homemade pizza dough with this mixer. I’m loving it.
