    good quality
The price was 70 dollars. Many things I can do with it. I cut vegetables for soup, made dough for pancakes, made cocktails etc. It is very ease in operation. I like it.

Impressive power. Lid hard to open.
I was a little concerned that the food processer part would actually work. I have used the immersion blender and the food processor bowl. Just a few pulses and both onion and tomato were diced / pureed. The immersion blender is much larger than my old Oster. I was expecting the food processor to hold maybe a cup? It’s much larger than that. The food processor blades and other disc click on and off, which seem to work fine. I haven’t had it very long. The lid for the food processor bowl is very hard to get off. I had to bear hug it! Be sure and push the little button down while turning. Everything is much larger than my old Oster immersion blender. I was concerned about the instructions telling me not to use it for more than 30 seconds, but it was so efficient I don’t think I had to leave it on for more than 20 seconds to get the job done. I love how it has a stand to hold all the attachments. It can be put on top of the bowl or set to one side. It’s super powerful. I will definitely be keeping this one! My only complaint at this point is getting the lid off of the bowl.

    Don’t waste your money.
The blender part with the motor still works, but the food processing part quit on the third time I used it. Everything fits together, but something in the lid of the processor, perhaps a gear, has failed and nothing inside the processor bowl turns. It is not possible to open the lid and see what went wrong. If all you want is an immersion blender, you can get a good one for much less than this one. I really had high hopes for this appliance. It’s actually a good idea, but I wish it wasn’t so poorly made. For the price it is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!Oh, and if you get the Asurion warranty, they don’t give you the replacement price, just your purchase price which keeps on going up. They don’t accept email either.

    The Blue Meanie
We #%$@ing love this thing. My partner doesn’t brew tea, he grinds it up in his morning smoothie -I dont know either -but it does the job. I add nuts to my smoothies and this decimates them in seconds. Awesome. Also -very important-it fits into wide-mouth mason jars -for smoothies transportability. I’ve also used it on soups and the heat was no problem. The blender attachment is metal and goes up high enough that the upper parts are not affected by heat. It did take a little longer than I expected to pulverize the mooshy veggies in the soup. So that might be its weakness, but it still does so in a reasonable time. Also it is BLUE. BLUE, I SAY. I have named it The Blue Meanie.Update: Its January 2024 and this thing is still going strong!

Jack of all trades, master of hand blending
The hand blender is solidly built and powerful. Everything else is kind of a grab bag. The whisk doesn’t work great. Included is a “potato mashing” attachment that is so unnecessary it boggles the mind. The food processor works pretty well, although there is some significant separation between the bottom blade and the bottom of the bowl which is annoying. The blades are dangerous to clean by hand and that is your only option because none of this is dishwasher safe. The main components seem to be built well but they are accented with cheap plastic that feels very brittle. It really is a bummer you can’t put any of it in the dishwasher.Storage is rough because with the included stand, this amalgamation of appliances stands two feet tall. All in all if you’re looking for a hand blender and a food processor for a hundred bucks you can do a lot worse than this product.
