Fantastic little fridge.
I love this little fridge, and I love that it doesn’t take up extra space for a freezer area like so many others do. It’s absolutely perfect for cold beverages, which is what I got it for, and even sandwich materials like a bit of cheese and sliced meats. The inset plastic top makes a great table and has no heat so it’s perfect for putting a loaf of bread on or storing a few other dry ingredients. It can also be used for anything any sort of table space might be used for.It’s adjustable in the front to make it level, the shelves are adjustable and can be taken out, the plastic can holders in the door can be removed if you want or flipped to act as a sort of shelf to hold things in the door. Overall it’s a very functional and great little fridge. I keep it on the highest setting and it keeps everything nice and chilly. It does make a bit of noise when deicing its coils in the back, but other than that it’s extremely quiet.

Best All Fridge (no freezer) Beverage Mini Fridge imaginable – 3.3 Cu Ft.
The deciding Amazon review for me was posted on April 2, 2018 by Justin Hasson saying his wife was tired of his beverages crowding the food in the main fridge. His picture shows a LOT of beverages stacked in. As you can see from my pictures it definitely holds a lot … in fact I have room for more.This baby is QUIET, the glass shelves are GREAT, the ability to adjust the shelves to meet your needs is AWESOME.When we built our house two years ago we made a space in our pantry to put a mini fridge in. It took a while to get around to it … but having this one in it’s place lets me know I chose wisely. In addition, since it is in our pantry we wanted to be sure it wouldn’t heat things up in the surrounding area. No problem there, either. The room temp hasn’t varied a bit.By the way … I’m the wife who wanted the husband to get all the beer out of the main refrigerator, but unlike Justin Hasson I had to do the research on my own. I chose wisely. This is a WINNER.

Purchased 6/2018, died 7/2024 (6 years) and $30 repair – Very satisfied with some thoughts
We moved in 2018 across country and the new house did not have a refrigerator so needed something very temporary and inexpensive until new one arrived, and I wanted a fridge in my home office. Works well, an fairly quiet. The shelf layout is a bit odd, but worked well for storing water, sodas, teas, etc. Never needed freezer. Noticed the sides do get warm when going from complete room temperature to cooling to what feels cold but not near freezing. I haven’t any any issues with condensation or frost.I open and take a bottle of water or something out daily, and about 2 weeks ago it was cool and not cold and refrigerator was not starting after I turned it on. The compressor was warm and could hear click after turning on but not running as normal. Youtube videos and google indicated it may be the starter relay (see photos). If someone decides to try this repair and similar problem, make sure you go to Danby directly on google and look at part sheet for the model you have. There is a cheaper relays all over the place for like $10 or so, but the one you want is over $20 and I had to order from Danby direct. The numbers on the side of the one that had been in the refrigerator are not listed on Danby’s but I ordered the part it said. There are Youtube also on how to remove plastic cover over wiring and swap out. This is a fairly easy repair, and most frustrating part is getting that cover off.I’m giving this 5 stars because it lasted 6 years with constant use without an issue. In my book that is really good considering I spent less than $300 for this, looks good in office (black).

This bad boy is a MASSIVE compact refrigerator but it’s just as light as the smaller ones. Uses the same compressor and replaceable relays as other compact refrigerators but… This thing gets cold immediately. Bright light interior with these awesome and super convenient soda can/bottle holders on the door. Clear trays so nothing gets lost or forgotten about, and the bottom tray can be moved to the top of the refrigerator to fit a bigger item! Coils are in the back of the refrigerator but hidden by an attractive metal plate that hides the coils from eye sight but doesn’t block their function. Most coils are insulated between the plastic of the back of your fridge and the exterior frame which loses a ton of energy in the process. Or they are right at the top and bottom and hideous to look at, always get in the way. Not with this Danby. The two replacement relays are the same as every kegerator, wine cooler, and compact refrigerator brand out there. So you can always fix this bad boy if it goes down with basic hand tools. Perfect for dorm rooms, the kiddos will be able to fit tons of stuff, and excellent for the office. Can you imagine how you can load this thing with your weeks prepped meals and just grab and go from your desk? Check out my photos. It’s WORTH IT! Don’t get a smaller unit, you want this one! It sits at kitchen counter height, and it is incredibly quiet. Worth it. Worth every penny at the price Amazon lists it. I have other mini refrigerators in different rooms of my house for guests, the garage, and my own bedroom… This is the one you want. The rest don’t compare.

Great for Beverages
I bought this to free up space in my regular full size refrigerator for storing beer, soda and mixers. I’ve had this for a few months now and it works great. Keeps beverages nice and cold. Has a lot of room. It is a little noisy, but quieter than my full size refrigerator. The only negative is that only one leg is adjustable so if you have an uneven floor you may need to get creative to make it level.

I’m extremely ill and needed a fridge for my BR. After a lot of research I settled on this. I’ve had it about a week now and so far so good. I had an older bar fridge years ago and it was too noisy to sleep near so that was what I was worried about but this model pleasantly surprised me. Its quiet aside from the odd low hum and I can live with that. It’s actually quite a nice looking fridge, elegant even.Here’s the problem. Like pretty much everyone else’s mine arrived with a gouge in it. Not a dent that might be pulled out but a deep scratch that’s there for good. It seems that they just can’t ship these things so you’re probably better off buying one locally and carrying it out of the store yourself after testing it for dents and noise. That’s too bad but they’re not being checked out before they leave Amazon’s warehouse even after multiple honest reviews. What’s a person to do?

Great product, amazon and Danby should work on a better packaging for this item when traveling across the country it was damaged in shipping. Still works fine but sad to see plastics cracked on the top panel when opened.Fridge itself runs quietly and works well at keeping beverages and small amounts food cold exactly what I was looking for a stylish fridge.The fact that there is no “freezer” in this fridge is a great idea I find them useless and a space waste.All around a good product just unhappy with the shipping.
