Holy moly, this maker is magic.
I work full time and attend college part time so the week is jam packed without time for manually kneading bread. This bad boy of a break maker is a life saver. I’m able to whip up three loaves in about 5 hours which is great! It makes my apartment smell like a bakery and makes freezer-friendly bread. Also, the bread is scrumptious and irresistible.

    Perfect for making homemade bread
Great purchase. The bread maker has been a wonderful add to our kitchen appliances. It is very easy to use and the bread comes out perfect every time. Very happy with our decision.

Works great but made to be sold in canada
This is a great bread machine and it works very well. I just would prefer that it was set for use with American recipes/measurements. It’s a great way to make healthy bread without having to go through all steps by hand.

Fresh Bread at the touch of a button!!
I was able to adjust my favorite bread recipes for this machine. So so easy and it tastes just like my own handmade!! I also have a bamboo bread slicer with a knife that I got from Amazon and it makes for a great sandwich with homemade bread and tasty tuna salad!

The second one that didn’t work.
I am returning this bread machine as I did with the first one I purchased. Neither one worked when I received them. They are not worth the time it takes to ordering one.

    Here’s the deal….
This is a very affordable, lightweight and attractive unit, but here’s the deal. If you’re in the US, this is not the optimal bread baker for you. If you think you can “get by” because you’ve used one before, think again. I’ve used them since the 80’s when they first came out in an affordable form, and I still had problems. If you think you’ll get “help” from the manual, you should know that it’s obviously written by someone whose 1st language isn’t English. Not all words with a similar meaning can be used to say what you want. However, it does make it entertaining for the purchaser to try to figure it out. Like Wordle? Go for it! If you want to know how I know this, I tried to learn Arabic. My Egyptian friends told me I spoke tiffle Araby, baby Arabic. While a manual written in baby English is quaint, cute, funny, a good try, it doesn’t help much with learning to work with this machine. Also, anyone who knows anything about the US knows we stubbornly refuse to convert to metric. We’re a difficult people and like being “different.” That said, most of us have only learned metric in high school, some of us continued to use it in college, and some of us used it professionally. The numbers dwindle at each level of education. I used it as a nurse in a hospital, but I find it difficult to manage baking and a calculator at the same time—I’m 75, that’s old and a long way from high school. The book does make an attempt to accommodate us, though, it sometimes uses pounds. It just doesn’t use it anywhere that helps! Either someone is making an effort to point out metric-lessness, as if we had somehow missed it, or they have a wicked sense of humor! I almost wish I could meet him/her. It’d be a riot.My biggest complaint is that there seems to be no way of resetting the machine. I accidentally ended up programing for a 750 gm loaf when I wanted the largest loaf, probably 1500 gm. Despite frantically searching in the instructions for a way to correct this mistake, all I could find was a recommendation to press “stop/start” once and unplug the machine. After 5 tries, it was still set on 750 gm. I ended up removing the carrier with its ingredients and letting the machine “bake” for about 3.5 hours with nothing in it.Which is why I know the last little detail. At least bereft of its baking pan, the machine sounds like your neighbors are using a combine harvester to mow their front lawn! But it does transport you. I live on the 7th floor of a 23-story apartment building in the middle of a large city, but already I’m worried about hay fever season!

First attempt and the controls did not work, it wouldn’t let me change anything so I went with whatever it wanted to do and pushed start. The loaf turned out perfect, I have a recipe book for bread makers. The instruction book is only good for toilet paper, so confusing, if written in China then someone fluent in English should do proof reading. Don’t follow any of their recipies. I will look for Youtube videos for proper instructions on how to change the settings such as loaf size, bread type etc. Will attempt again and if I can’t change the menu settings then will have to return it. I will add to my review later.

Purchased this bread maker as a gift. The style and design is very nice. Unfortunately, when they opened it all up there were several items missing that were supposed to be included like the dough hook, manual, recipe book, and measuring spoon. They weren’t too concerned and didn’t want to bother returning the item. When they went to use it for the first time it appears that it had been used before as there was flour in the mixing paddle. They gave it a good wash out. Used it for making a batch of dough and were pleased with how that came out. Would be nice to be able to see a manual to know that all the program modes will do. I have tried to call Frigidaire, as that is the option it gives if any missing or broke pieces, and still no luck getting through. Amazon did give me a small rebate on my account for my troubles. Since there was an option to buy a “used” version I’m assuming that sometimes they send the wrong one which seems very bad customer support. I’ve seen several other reviews say the same sort of thing. Not sure how important the items are but would be nice to get new when you order new!

This is good price, simple and easy to use with built in bread sections program which is good for people that are not to techy.A healthier baking for sure, taste and texture is good with noise wise when stirring and kneading is not loud.I’ll buy one for my mom too.
