    Works great with induction cooktop
Good quality, heats evenly and cleans up effortlessly. Works perfectly on my Frigidaire induction cooktop.

Good enough to mostly replace a cast iron gas griddle
We accidentally dropped a canister and cracked our old induction stovetop, and its replacement included not one but two bridge elements. My wife loves her outdoor cast iron gas griddle, but wanted to cook indoors to chat with the family during meal preparation. Thus, I bought her two of these to see if they were a suitable alternative. They work quite well! The heat is not as perfectly distributed as cast iron over flame, but cast iron is discouraged on a glass induction stovetop because a drop will break the stovetop just as effectively as a canister. But we are able to cook fajitas, bacon, eggs, steak, and similar entrees without difficulty, and unlike the oversized cast iron, these fit in the dishwasher and thus don’t require cleaning immediately following cooking.I’m also pleased that we’re cooking with Texas wind energy rather than natural gas. It’s cleaner for the environment and quite a bit less expensive, too.I’ve noticed the outdoor griddle gets little use now, which I think is the clearest indication that these griddles work just fine. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

    Great griddle for induction range
this griddle works great on new Electrolux induction range as it covers two side induction units. With non-stick surface it is a breeze to cook on and clean.

    Good one!
As described, in excellent condition. I have a gas stive. Only problem is the handles…gets too hot on the one end and hinders the balance on the burners. Otherwise, cooks well with no sticking, easy cleaning & storing.

    Even cooking
Cooks evenly. Needs slightly lower heat settings. Non stick and rinses clean.

    Works Great!
We love this griddle for on our induction cooktop! Makes it easy to cook bacon, pancakes, etc. We do put just a slight bit of bacon grease or oil on surface when cooking pancakes, but really doesn’t need it. Very tough material that is very slick and non-stick. I do run it thru the dishwasher occassionaly, but usually just have to wipe it down with papertowels to get it clean and ready to put away until next time. This does truly work very well on an induction cooktop!

Seems OK but not good for Induction
I bought this for my GE Cafe Induction range that has the burner sync feature. The two sync burners are the medium sized burners on the left that are around 8″ diameter each. The griddle heated up pretty quickly but didn’t seem to get quite as hot as my cast iron and pure stainless steel pans. I cooked at a setting of 5 which would normally be pretty hot. I immediately filled it completely full with thick slice bacon. After a minute or two I could tell that the areas of the griddle where the two circular burners lay beneath were cooking the bacon but the edges of the bacon and the pieces on the far ends of the griddle were not cooking much at all. I really had no solution for the these two “hot circles” in the middle of the griddle. I tried swapping pieces around a bit but the end result was bacon strips cooked well in the middle but no on the ends. And what’s more, after I finished and let the pan cool I noticed it was no longer sitting flat on the glass cooktop. (it was at the beginning). So now the griddle has warped after one use over two induction “burners” on medium. I didn’t subject it to water or any sudden temperature changes. Just heated it on the range and then let it cool naturally. I am certain this will affect the performance even more. This is getting returned. I don’t feel it should really be marketed for use with induction ranges. Yes, it conducts the magnetism but it doesn’t heat uniformly at all. And the warping is a concern that any user may have. I am still on the search for a good griddle for my induction range. There are very few options other than cast iron which I have concerns about as well. I may buy induction adapter plates and go back to my aluminum griddle to see if that makes it work well (it doesn’t work with induction directly)

    Very Happy
I’ve had this for four months now. It is excellent. Performs great on our induction cooktop. Because it is so versatile, we use it several times a week. There were a number of negative reviews about the non-stick coming off. We’re careful, but we don’t baby it, and we’ve had zero issues. Very pleased with this product. Gave it four star because on first start up it does get hot spots, but that is very common with induction and to avoid it you would have to make a much heavier product. One of the nice things about this is that it is heavy enough to fix those hot spots within a minute or so but light enough to be a pleasure to use and easy to clean and store.

I bought 2 of these and they are perfect for use on my induction hob. It’s SO much faster for things like pancakes, tortillas / quesadillas, and toasting burger rolls. It easily cuts at least 20 minutes cook time and everything is ready at the same time instead of the first ones sitting getting soggy in an oven while the others cook.Arrival from the States was quick. Very highly recommended.

I own a Samsung Induction range. I was looking for a large quality flat bottom griddle that would cover both burners, heat evenly, does not warp, easy to clean. This is the perfect griddle for this. It heats quickly, and it can cook hot like a standard induction friendly pan. It is solid and constructed well, probably due to it being 3 ply. Exceptional non-stick coating. You can cook on the entire surface. It is perfect for making homefries, onions, pancakes. Its just small enough to store inside one of my side drawers. The price is very good considering what you get. Shipping was quick, and it was packaged well. It’s perfect. I have no complaints

I LOVE this pan. We switched to an induction top and this pan works perfectly on it. Being able to make 8 pancakes at a time makes it so much faster and easier. I do t need to grease the pan and it’s perfectly non-stick and easy to wash up. We eat pancakes a lot more often now!

This griddle is great quality, the non stick is superb and its very well made/heavy. It doesnt quite hold the heat as well as a cast iron pan, but heats up quickly. It also quite sturdy as I found out when I left it on the roof of my car and drove off up the road. Couple of dents but still useable!

I mainly use this for cooking pancakes and breakfast foods (but occasionally for larger batches of seared chicken pieces or similar). I have an induction cooktop and I find frying pans frustrating for things like pancakes as you can effectively only cook one large cake at a time, or maybe 3 tiny ones). I find it seems to quite awhile to heat to the corners, but that could very well be my induction top burners. It sits flat (and still does after 3 months of use), although I did read the instructions and never use it on really high heats!Cleans up like a charm. Overall a good purchase.
