Very Happy!
Received promptly as ordered through Amazon Prime, along with the accessories as advertised. After many happy years with the DCC-1200 model, it finally gave out. I was ready to order the same model as the replacement when I noticed this one. It is the same height and same general dimensions as the 1200, and works basically the same, with a few important differences. It uses the same charcoal filters and #4 paper filters. It also comes with a gold permanent filter. It has a 14 cup carafe rather than 12, so good when company comes. A feature not found on the 1200 that I really like on the 3200 are the blue lighted clock and control buttons. The audible signal that beeps when brewing is completed as well as when the hot plate turns off later can be turned off, if desired, on the 3200. I read in other reviews before ordering that the high setting for the hot plate keeps the coffee hotter than on the 1200, and fortunately this is indeed true. This is a great looking coffeemaker and it brews great coffee, as did the 1200 it is replacing, so I am very happy with this purchase.

Good attractive and solid coffee maker for your kitchen
Great and pretty coffee maker. Love the programming function that lets me sleep in and have coffee in the morning. Its taller than I expected. While it fits on my kitchen counter underneath the over head cabinets, I need to pull the unit away from the cabinets to refill the water and load the coffee grounds. While paper filters are not needed, you may want to use them to ensure that particulates coffee grounds don’t make it into your brew.

It’s an ok coffee maker.
Room for improvement. I do mostly like it, however, there are a few flaws that can be quite annoying . Firstly: it is almost impossible to pour from the carafe without dripping. Secondly: when opening, the water collecting under the lid will run down the backside of the machine onto the counter. In short, when using this coffee maker, always have a rag close by.

Best Coffee Machine I have ever owned.
I have been going through coffee machines like socks. This machine is perfect for all of the reasons that I found many other machines lacking. It has a wide range of brewing options and every time the coffee is perfect, whether I am making 14 cups, or 4. It has just the right amount of sensible user-friendly features, and it actually has a clock display that can be read without binoculars, and/or a flashlight. It brews your batch quickly, and at just the right temp, with an adjustable temp warming plate too, if the coffee isn’t gone within the first ten minutes. In my house it has been. Great job Cuisinart. I am very happy with this purchase.

We received our Cuisinart DCC-3200 in perfect condition and fast service on top of it. This coffee maker is beautiful to look at and works great, plus we know it will last us a long time because we had the same older model, a 12 cup, for 10 years and making 3 to 4 pots of coffee with it every day. We are big coffee drinkers and know that this new model will serve us just as well as our old one that finely got tired of working so hard for the past 10 years. Would nor hesitate to recommend this coffee maker to anyone that drinks a lot of coffee and is looking for something that will last and make an excellent cup of coffee.

Customer service is a joke
When this unit works, it is fine. But when it stops working, good luck getting any help from customer service while under warranty. I sent an initial email, per their warranty’s instructions. I received an auto response email from Cuisinart promising a substantive response within 2 business days. More than 10 business days and multiple follow up emails from me later – NOTHING from Cuisinart. What a joke. Don’t offer warranty services for 3 years if you are going to ignore the customer when warranty service is required. If I end up needing to replace this due to Cuisinart’s inaction, it certainly will not be with another Cuisinart product.

It made coffee, while it lasted.
I bought this coffee maker in March of 2017 to replace a leaky Hamilton Beach. For a good year and half the little Cusinart would brew a respectable pot of Joe. Then, it too developed a leak from the bottom of the unit. Yes, I’ve read where I can take the thing apart and probably replace a silicone hose or two, but in the interim my wife and I took over a coffee shop. The quality of the coffee coming out of the 13 year old Fetco at the coffee shop was light years beyond what the little Cuisinart could muster. I realize I had become a coffee snob.These crappy little plastic home coffee makers don’t hold a candle to the build quality and subsequent coffee quality afforded by a commercial brewer. This thing is going in the garbage bin, and is due to be replaced by a Bunn on a timer. With a little periodic maintenance the Bunn will probably outlast me.

Good coffee. Careful with the carafe spills
It makes great coffee. But go easy on the grounds because cone filters make stronger coffee per tsp! The carafe pours then shoots out about half way. Coffee is very hot I know that’s the way store coffee is supposed to be. Easy to use. Large oversize carafe. This product included the filters and cone screen.
