Almost Perfect!
I love it! I can be in the living room with my family while cooking instead of away from them all! The pan is easy to clean, even grease with the nonstick surface, but the outer frame and handles are a bit awkward to wash if they get dirty. I was hoping the pan could be separated from its base so you can clean both. It also isn’t dishwasher safe because of this.We have open flame gas burners on our stove, making temperature harder to control and predict, but this product makes it so much easier when you need a specific temperature, like with evenly frying chicken and making it crispy without burning it!The cord is a bit ridiculously short, like they figured you would just have it cooking on a counter, but that is easily remedied with an extension cord.The lid is sturdy with a really nice handle, unlike most pan lids I’ve used, and a great sealing impact over the entire pan.The entire thing is honestly pretty light and compact without sacrificing size somehow. I cook a meal for three and always have leftovers without even filling the pan entirely!All in all, I wish it was slightly easier to clean all of it, but it is 5 stars for me nonetheless!

An Electric Skillet for everyone.
This is the best electric skillet that I have ever used. Nothing ever sticks to the surface and is a breeze to clear. The size is excellent; I make a whole week of dog food in this pan. The color blends with any kitchen counter. It is an exceptional value for the money. I would recommend it to anyone

Even cooking, no burning, clean up amazing!
I just got one of these about a month ago. I have owned several electric skillets over the years, which I thought were great, but this one, WOW, I am so impressed with it. The cooking is even across the whole skillet, I have left it cooking on high with sauces, and no burning or scorching, and clean up, OMG, I just use a wet cloth to wipe it out its that easy, or rinse it out, once I put a dot of dawn on it and ran the water over it, used a paper towel to go over the surface and it was clean, so easy, I have never had such a wonderful cooking pan as this one, no after smells, no stuck on anything. I told my husband about how much I loved it and he said, then order another one, so I am. You cant go wrong with this skillet, and its size is perfect, I can make enough for dinners and left overs or for a 6-8 people easy. I Love it!. This is the first time I have actually done a review, I just had to with this skillet, I am looking to see if they also have other cooking pans available, if they do, I am getting them.

Works well, easy to clean, we do not wash in DW
Former copper-clad 12″ x 12″ electric skillet was washed in DW every time we used it. It lost it’s non-stick properties, possibly from chemical reaction to commercial DW tabs. We do not wash this one in DW, even though says DW safe for that reason. Non stick is holding up well. It cooks evenly. Wish we could find another 12 x 12 for smaller meals.

Elegant and Heats Quickly.
Quite lovely to the eye and cooks splendidly. Love the size. I thought the color was lavender, so I was disappointed to learn that I wouldn’t be adding more purple to my kitchen. Sigh. I could have sworn the color was lavender. Nevertheless, it’s still quite elegant.

GREAT SKILLET!
This is a very good skillet! I use it for making a lot of my meals. I make eggs, hamburger in it and warms soups etc. Very well made, is very deep and you don’t need to scrub it. Non scratch resistant and deep. It has a glass cover with handle. Very easy to clean with the ceramic pan! High quality!

I love that I can view the food as it’s cooking. So far it seems to cook evenly and with less oil than a stovetop skillet. The depth prevents splatter so turning meat is safer. The only two irksome things are that the skillet does not detach from the heating device for cleaning and the temperature gauge is extremely hard to read since it is reflective and nearly beneath the handle. Directions say to store the cord inside the skillet, but the device is metal, so I use a freezer bag to keep it from scratching the skillet while stored. In summary, so far, a good buy.

El anterior me duró solo 6 meses pues lo estaba usando durante varias horas seguidas y como que no es para eso. Sin embargo, es un excelente producto. Calienta rapidísimo, no se pega la comida y limpiarlo es muy fácil.Para cocinar carnes, frijoles, etc. compré una olla de cocción lenta y dejaré este sartén para cosas más ligeras.100% recomendable.

***Update: extensive weekly use, extremely minor spots where the coating has “flecked” beyond warranty time, yet cooks accurately and with a nylon scrubber cleans easily. Silicon only spatulas, etc. (another excellent cooking investment, silicon set, from Amazon Days:-). A very mild ring discolouration (heat element) is visible, relative with use, but much better than a more expensive name-brand for which this was the replacement. All made in China. There is a limit to my budget for this quality made in USA or Canada.***I put it through its paces, maxxed-out for onions with 1 Tbsp oil, sauerkraut, and sausages: varied high temperatures, maintained excellent non-stick, even max-heating, and overall temp control is precise, up and down.Of course, washed it beforehand, then my test, excelled for cleanup, no burnt deposits, nor initial element dark ring where the heater is positioned.Keeper, for sure.Looks good, cooks good, and is complementary with all my other “Gotham” style titanium-copper ceramic non-stick easy-clean pots and pans we have been daily using for a decade.Some people are culinary snobs, yet these engineered surfaces, via experience, will outlive others, for a fraction of the overall price,,,,,,plus, easy to clean and prep for the next onslaught of intense, loving cooking!Rinse/Clean methodology: simply hot rinse, spotless, wipe with clean (paper) towel, and for future use, I use liquid local Ultra Oxy liquid soap, with a Vileda (green) 4 – in – 1 Scrunge, to maintain fit and finish.For example only.5 stars *****I know: started as a dishwasher, became a chef; enjoy:-)

I really like deep sided electric fry pans, because one can control the heat better than on stove top, less chance of fire, no ruining burners, no scrubing stove after cooking, can be use anywhere so long as you got consistent power, cooks evenly, easier clean up of pan if you got a high quality one. Can even put it in fridge if you have to store excess if you want to. What’s not to love about them.
