Great Product and wonderful customer service
My vacuum arrived quickly, and I charged the battery right away. I was very pleased with the cleaning power. We have two cats and lots of kitty litter. This stick vacuum picked up the kitty litter easily and it was so light and easy to use with no cord. I was disappointed that the battery lasted less than 30 minutes. I cleaned the dust cup out and recharged the battery again to 100% and again only got about 30 minutes of power. I charged a third time (to 100%) and cleaned out the dust cup and ran it only on low and medium power (no high power). Again, I only got about 30 minutes of clean time. I emailed customer service the day before Thanksgiving and received an almost immediate response. They sent me a second battery for the vacuum, and I received it on Saturday. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded and resolved my problem. Even if the new battery does not get 60 minutes, I now have two batteries and should be able to get about 60 minutes cleaning time by charging one and using one. And as I said, I’m impressed with the dirt/kitty litter pickup (good suction) and overall ease of use. It’s lightweight and easy to change attachments and to clean out the dust cup. A great product with amazing customer service. Would highly recommend.

Great tools! Used frequently during the past 2 months since purchase. Easy to assemble (10- year old completed assembly within about 15 minutes), light weight, excellent suction power able to pick up finest dust, quick-to-connect/disconnect between different function modes, and easy to maneuver around limited spaces in a small room. Until now ,conclusively a great deal considering the superb functionalities and lower price compared to many other brands. Would only wish the MUTGOF machine could last very long time.

This stick vacuum looks just like a Dyson, and from my experience, cleans just as good. My parents have the Dyson stick vacuum that they paid over $400 for. I’ve used it. This vacuum has just as good cleaning power and is so convenient. It’s very lightweight, gets under REALLY low furniture so you can clean in those places you usually skip because you don’t want to move furniture, and goes from hard surface to carpet and back with ease. The vacuum picks up pet hair like a beast and helps us keep our house as peat hair-free as you can be when you own a Jack Russell. And Cleaning is so easy – it’s literally the push of a button. Cleaning the chamber is easy as well, and the chamber comes apart so you can rinse everything down. The only part that’s NOT rinseable is the HEPA filter, but they give you a spare so you should be good for quite a while as long as you do a good job maintaining the vacuum.This vacuum has it all – good cleaning, easy upkeep, a good battery to allow for 30 minutes of high-powered cleaning, and all for a really reasonable price. Definitely a winner and I’m glad I took a chance on this one.

I’m amazed at the workhorse this stick vac is. Picks up German shepherd hair and still keeps going. Long battery life. Empties into the trash logically. The on button is an Actual Button, not a faulty touch sensor. Performs well with my light rugs as well. I can get all my wood floors of 2 rooms, entry and 2 halls, powder room and 7 carpet runners in ONE GO! It’s also pretty quiet! We have cats too, so this VAC is a WINNER. EASY to clean filter, and the bonus was a cute scent disc….which I need to figure how to get more of. Great Value. I will buy again! It’s a sturdy, valuable instrument in my arsenal.

Decent little vac
I only use this in 4 small upstairs rooms but so far it’s a nice little vacuum for the money! Easy to put together, plenty of suction, charges fairly quick and holds the charge for what I needed.. Was impressed by what it picked up dust wise! Make sure you have the ON switch on high as it can be kinda tricky. If there’s one negative it’d be the power head is kinda unweildy. Not a huge issue but it can be kind of floppy. You do get used to it and can control it and shouldn’t let that deter your purchase. Can’t say how long this thing lasts but initially it’s worth it to not carry a sweeper upstairs.
