Fast 3 minute brew from beginning to end, The coffee gets really hot! Stainless steel pod fits.
This is extremely light weight. It is a vibrant bright red, matt finish, plastic on the outside.It is black plastic under the lid. The tank is black. I can see the metal heating element at the bottom of the tank.It is compact. I could carry this in my lunch tote to work every day. That’s how small and light it is.I did not have to wait. The heating of the water was done in 2 minutes, The 12 ounce cup of coffee was brewed in less than 1 minute. If does the job, efficiently.When I picked up my coffee mug, I was shocked at how hot it was. The water must have reached boiling. The outside of the mug was too hot to hold. I had to carry it by the handle.I used my stainless steel reusable pod in the capsule holder. It fit well. The machine is versatile.Your portion size must be between 5-12 ounces. Leave the drip grill in for small cups. Remove it for mugs. Max recommended mug height is 5.5 inches tall.I don’t normally use electric coffee makers because the hot water travels through some plastic parts. But there are some days where I just don’t feel like watching a pot boil, and I just can’t be be bothered cleaning a french press. On those days, these coffee makers are so fast and convenient. They can really get you through a rough day.You can use it with an empty stainless steel pod to make plain hot water. This can be added to a mug for tea, hot cocoa, instant oatmeal, or anything else that uses hot water. Attractive & Convenient! Works Great!
This is a great little coffee maker that fits well with our kitchen decor! It comes in a number of colors that will match various color themes.It’s simple to use. I filled my cup with water, (up to 12 ounces), poured it into the rear water heating chamber and placed my empty cup under the filler. For chocolate milk or tea I can just heat the water or I can add a coffee pod in the front chamber and close the lid. One push on the large black start button and an LED blue coffee symbol lets me know the process has started. It took about 2-3 minutes to heat the water and expect pump and hot water noises as the cup is being filled.I tried using the refillable K-cup coffee pods with this unit and although they’re the exact same size, it was difficult to latch the lid. I’m not sure why but I think the refillable cover is thicker and less pliable than a disposable pod. With some extra pressure on the cover I was able to get it closed but I can’t say it’s a great fit.Bottom Line: Easy to use, looks great and works perfectly. The unit doesn’t come apart easily for cleaning as the only thing that’s removable is a water filter in the filler chamber. Makes a little noise while working but nothing too annoying. Two thumbs up!

Simple single cup coffee maker.
Very nice k-cup coffee maker. I really like this brand and have an espresso maker by them as well and this one the quality is the same: very well made and feels sturdy, like it doesn’t feel like some cheap weightless trash. One thing to be aware of is that there isn’t like a water chamber that you fill up and keep using until empty for multiple cups. You fill it up enough for one cup of coffee and it will use it all up, which at first we didn’t much care for but now we love it like this as you just put the amount of water you want in your coffee cup to measure it, dump it in the water holder, put your cup under the spout, and press one button and you’re done! Well also put your k-cup in, obviously. It fits a standard coffee mug very well too. 100% recommended; very much worth the price!

Loving It So Far
I’m a big coffee drinker. At home I have the Keurig Duo. The problem with that is that I travel a lot for weeks at a time with my husband for his job. My regular coffee maker is too big and bulky to travel with. This is my second single-cup coffee maker that I’ve ordered in the past few months. The first one was too big and clunky, which was pretty weird considering it only made one cup at a time. This one, however, is perfect. It’s small and lightweight, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. There’s nothing extra. It’s simply large enough for one cup without a bunch of plastic and other parts that are more for decoration than function. The only issue I have is that it’s easy to make a big mess when pouring the water in. I’ve started leaving a measuring cup with a spout next to it for that reason.So far, I’m very happy with it. If that changes, I’ll pop back on and change my review accordingly.

Easy to use single cup coffee maker
This K cup single serve coffee maker worked well for me.I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but I like a convenient cup of coffee when I feel like having one. This single serve makes it easy.I like Maxwell House coffee so I ordered a reusable K cup to fill it and I don’t have to continually order the throwaway cups that are more expensive and wasteful.I think the coffee maker is reasonably priced at $40 if it continues to work well for years to come.It does take some time for the water to heat up and for the coffee to start coming out, but you can set it and walk away for a few minutes and come back to your fresh hot coffee.I like it.

Perfect for a Small Space
I got this to put in an RV, but it would be a great size for a work desk. Coffee any time you want right at your desk. The machine works well and uses K-cup coffee pods/capsules. It just takes a couple of minutes to brew a cup of coffee. Also the drip-tray comes out for easy cleaning. And I love the color- a beautiful red! I think it is a good deal for the price. Recommended
