Really great printer for a first-time printer owner
This is my first printer I’ve ever owned and by far it is a really good printer I had an easy time setting up instructions for really easy the only issue I had was trying to connect it to my phone or to my computer after a while I did get it hooked up and now I can print whatever I want the pictures come out phenomenal the color of it is really nice is for size 2 and I have I have not tried the fax on it yet so I don’t know how that works I haven’t copied anything yet so far I’ve only done Printing and so far it works really good the only problem is that it doesn’t take postcard paper or a card paper where’s a little bit thicker I was trying to make business cards and it just jammed the paper. Overall this is a really nice printer it does what you need to do this is my first printer and I really like it I would suggest this printer to a friend or to anyone else. And the price of ink is really reasonable and that was one of the main reasons why I chose this printer and so far what I’ve always already printed hasn’t taken up that much ink I think if I was to do more pictures I would need to replace my ink more but other or not it’s really nice.

does well looks good
got so could do fax, copies, and connect to computer and it does a good job. prints nicely and copies look like the original. nice size so doesn’t take up a lot of space. print cartridges bit high and uses more ink than old printer; need to use few times a month to keep from becoming clogged but does the print job exceptional. connected easy but have to use the printer’s display to do most of the adjustments (I prefer on computer since bigger screen) and my fingers doesn’t always hit the right spot on display which gets frustrating but once set up, it’s worth the money.

So far, so good…
Bought this after buying a new Epson which would not stay online. This seems like a very superior product. Installation script was much better, able to use the standard Apple Secure AirPrint driver. Visible from iPhone right away. Much heavier and more solid feeling than the Epson. Has an enclosed paper tray and a rear-feeding tray for stiffer photo paper. Has a real touch screen. STAYS ONLINE :-)Nits: paper tray has a separate piece (dust shield?) which is awkward. Control panel must be flipped up and output tray opened in order to print. This results in a somewhat inconvenient control panel angle and potentially delicate condition (have cats) so it will have to be opened and closed when needed. At least the panel gives you a message with instructions and a picture.

A Good Value Printer
The Canon TR7520 is a great value and accomplishes all of its functions extremely well.

A bit disappointed but still an OK printer
Bought this right before Christmas, partly based on the reviews which I later learned were “bought” because Canon had given each reviewer a free printer for a positive review. As soon as the current supply of ink runs out, I’m throwing this POS away. The ONLY redeeming feature I’ve found is it prints fast. Otherwise, it drinks ink; the printing quality is only OK; and is made of flimsy, cheap-feeling plastic parts. Keep on looking, don’t buy the Canon Pixma TR7520!!!****************************I needed a printer to replace my Canon Pixma MX860. I did research and this printer had good reviews and seemed to have the same features as the one I was replacing. However, it is inferior in quality – it’s made with lots more plastic, lids slam down vs. having the soft closure, the overall printing isn’t as bold and the colors are not as vivid. I think a particularly cheap feature is the output tray – it’s a flimsy plastic arm not more than 2 inches wide. If you’re printing more than 10 pages at a time, expect it to fall off the printer. I haven’t tried to print photos yet – my printing needs are mainly documents – but I suspect the quality will be less there as well. On the positive – it was super simple to install (instructions were easy to follow) and its prints FAST. Ink usage seems normal. I’m keeping it but NEXT time, I will try to physically see the printers vs. buying online sight-unseen.

It’s the third canon I’ve owned so it can’t be all bad!
I particularly like the document feed. This I need for thicker paper. It’s also has a cartridge feed which for normal copy paper; works fine. This model is almost exactly like the last model I owned, I don’t recall the number, and they both have one annoying feature which is you have to wake it up. If I print from another room I have to get up & go into the office and press the button. There is a way to override this. I’m sure it’s something simple. I don’t install the software on all my devices and that’s probably why.I’m careful with ink, its expensive. I buy high-yield cartridges & whenever possible print at 75% or smaller to save ink. It works very well. I don’t print photos so I dont know how well it performs. There is a suite of creative choices. I don’t really use them. I print invoices for the most part.I have found, and this is my third canon printer, after a couple years they just quit. One day they just don’t work anymore. This has happened to me twice but liked it well enough to purchase a third. I feel it is good for the money- a good economical product, a good value

Bought this printer to mainly use rear tray feed for Edible inks/paper . Installation was straight forward on a Windows 10 computer using Wi-fi connection. Printer scans, prints and copies as expected at a reasonable price. Parts are made of thin gauge plastic, the plastic feels very delicate. Lets see how it does over time.
