It arrived in excellent condition.*** Usage time: I received this product on January 14, 2015, and from the date of this review, I have been using it for 56 days. I’ll update my review periodically.*** Performance review:- Negatives.None.- Neutral.(1) I don’t send faxes often, so the 150-page limit works for me. However, if you need to send faxes on a daily basis, perhaps you should consider another fax machine.- Positives.(1) Still working after 56 days of infrequent use.(2) Easy to install.*** Summary: I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone seeking a quality product. If this cartridge were to run out, I wouldn’t hesitate to order it again from Amazon.com LLC.

Availability and normal pricing; just what was needed.
For the old fax machine, this cartridge seemed to have doubled in price locally, with few places stocking it too. My order was accurately processed, new, unopened and priced about half , though normal I believe. I was happy with the transaction and able to allow my mom to keep using the machine with which she was familiar. She was very pleased.

This cartridge works as should just wish it lasted a bit longer. Seems not to last as long as my previous Pc301 cartridge for my previous fax machine. Checked the boxes. This one only lasts for 150 pages while the other lasted for 250 pages. Otherwise, is a great item. Easy to remove old one and inset new one. Print is clear and sharp.

The toner is fine, but the fax machine itself is stupid.
You know how I expected this to work? The ink would advance whenever there is something to be printed. You know it actually advances? One page at a time, regardless of what’s on the page. It’s glorified carbon paper. Seriously. Mind you, we rarely fax anything, so the same cartridge is still going strong almost a year after buying the thing. So big deal if the fax machine is horrifically inefficient. Spending less than $20 a year on fax ink is fine by us.

Brother makes it easy
If you have a Brother 575 fax machine buy this cartridge replacement. It was worth every penny. The instructions with the fax tells you how to replace the old spools for new ones. Don’t do it! Buy the cartridge! You open the machine, take the old one out & put the new one in, done. Just follow the 4 step instructions that come with it. Soooo simple! and I had no idea what I was doing. This is my first fax machine. Great purchase!
