Perfect bread everytime !!! 5 *****
ALUMINIUM IS 100% SAFE!!Time to educate a few reviewers who needlessly raise issues around aluminium! I am a professor of food science and have had 2 of these type of bread makers. 95% of Amazon Bread makers have aluminium bread pans and I can assure everyone they are 100% safe!Why Aluminium? Its lightweight, easy to clean and no1 for heat conduction! This ensures the bread bakes evenly. Aluminum cookware has been extensively tested and approved by global food safety authorities, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)This particular machine worked very well and I used Guinness and wheat flour for a delicious Irish style bread. There are some great recipes if you simply use google, and its just a matter of putting the ingredients in and close lid, press startYes the instructions could be improved on but its not going to be an issue with AI and google!One Reviewer left a 1 star review without even trying the machine out!? Really I am astounded and suspicious that may be a competitor of this brand?5 stars all day from me!

Not what I expected
I unpacked this bread maker but have not used it yet. The directions are obviously written by someone in a foreign country. Measurements are also foreign. Pan is aluminum coated with a non stick coating. Should be stainless steel. I may return and exchange for another one.

Nice Basic Bread Machine
It would have gotten five stars if it had recipes in American units instead of ml and grams and baking times in five minute intervals instead of ten. I placed it on a non slip drawer liner and it shook while mixing, but didn’t move around on the counter at all. You would have to place non slip drawer liner under most bread machines. Overall, I like the machine and will use it mostly for dough unless I can pause it before the final rise and take the paddle off before baking. The paddle is nice and large, a plus, but would leave a large gouge in the bread if not removed. As it is, a small hole is left in the bottom of the bread from the post. The heating unit wraps around the middle of the pan and gives a nice uniform cooking without the bottom being overcooked or top undercooked. I will use this machine a lot and for the money is a good buy.I will add another negative. And that is the pan is a cheap aluminum, which they all are unless you spend hundred of dollars. I may not use it for baking much, just mixing. It most likely is toxic and defeats the purpose of healthy eating.

Expected Stainless Steel, Found Coated Aluminum
We were really excited to try out this bread-making machine on our farm, especially since it was advertised as stainless steel. Imagine our disappointment when we discovered that the interior container, where the ingredients mix and bake, was a lightweight container coated with a gold-textured material—not stainless steel as we expected.We immediately reached out to the seller to clarify the materials used. They informed us that the container is made of “non-stick diamond fluoro-coated aluminum alloy.” While the quick response was appreciated, this revelation was particularly disappointing, not only because it wasn’t clear in the product description but also due to the potential health concerns associated with such coatings.We were so looking forward to a more efficient, less time-consuming way to make bread, especially sourdough and yogurt. With so much ongoing debate about the safety of non-stick coatings, I’m not comfortable using this machine to prepare food for my family. It’s a significant letdown, and we wish the product details had been more transparent. This machine would have been a hard pass for us.

Awesome and so light!
I got this for a Vine product review because my current machine is so old that it’s only a matter of time before it dies and it seemed a good idea to have a replacement.I LOVE IT!!The user manual is not the best. The recipes are not well written with measurements such as “big spoon” and “small spoon” but it does come with a dual spoon so I will conclude that that is to which it refers. Nevertheless I decided to try the machine out using recipes I have used often from my old machine. I made a loaf of regular bread and as in the old machine it is either 1lb or 2lb leaves I set this to 1000g loaf. I left it a medium for crust cooking and just measured as usual (wet, dry, yeast) and set it to cook. AMAZING BREAD!!I decided to test it again and made rye bread following the recipe, again, from my old machine’s book, and one which I have never made before. Again, I measured and set it to cook. And again AMAZING BREAD!!This machine has a lot of features including yogurt and sourdough….which I’ll be trying out once I eat 2 loaves of bread I just made! Super easy to use and once you understand the recipes in the user manual, quite versatile in it’s use.HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Not to mention, at $99.99 it’s very well priced compared to the very very expensive prices of brand names.
