Works great! Perfect for shredding stuff every once in a while. Super compact. Fits in a drawer/closet so you done have to store a trashcan sized shredder somewhere.

Good for everyday shredding
This product is great if you shred something every few days, otherwise its capacity and how quickly it heats up makes it difficult to shred a lot of papers at once. The shred is just straight so not the most secure (I’d recommend adding it to your yard waste or compost when possible).Its small design is perfect to store in a cabinet and take out when you get mail. Overall, works great for a small shredder but doesn’t replace a heavy duty one.

Household use, perfect.
I have used it three times. I only shred every few months. It has not jammed or given me any issues. I don’t put in more than a few sheets at a time. I like that it’s compact, since I don’t use it often it can store easily. Fits a small waste bin I have.If you only do this occasionally and this is for household use, go for it.

Nice and compact
I’m liking this paper shredder just fine. I wanted something inexpensive and compact. Just throw it onto your waste bin (it adjusts to widths), turn on and it will shred up to 5 or 6 sheets, but I just put in about 3. It has many buttons for other functions if you get it clogged or need to reverse. It shreds plastic credit cards and supposedly CDs although I don’t need to shred any CDs. It’s not super loud, but any shredder is going to make noise. I love the fact you can just put it away on a shelf when not using and handy to reach for to do some shredding. I don’t miss taking my papers to the bank or UPS to shred. And I didn’t want to spend $80 to $100 on those larger ones that have attached bins. There are maintenance sheets you can buy too when you need to treat/oil the metal parts in it. Overall a nice little shredder if you don’t have humongous amounts to shred. It shreds in straight strips (not cross shreds), but that’s no issue with me. You can make a lot of confetti if you like or use the paper strips to fill boxes or Easter baskets, etc. I was going to buy the small hand-cranked shredder for half the price, but I truly think I wouldn’t have liked it as the reviews and comments posted the issues with it. Recommend this shredder.

Product Simplicity
Product arrived quickly. The paper shredder works very well. I actually like the simplicity of it. I gave it a 4 rating. However, box in which it arrived was not original packaging. It looked as though box had been opened, product used, then placed in a different box and returned. I started to send it back but didn’t because I wanted to finish a shredding project right away. So I cancelled the return.
