It’s a keeper! Works great!
I purchased this to replace another brand that failed under warranty and the manufacturer failed to support, you will have to find that review.This shredder hits all the marks and does so without failure prone switches and duplicate actions that leave you dumbfounded. Scratching your head wondering what were they thinking?! This is simple to use, has a fantastic appetite for shredding all the useless stuff in your mailbox, storage closet, old file boxes. If it’s paper, a credit card, or CD this shredder eats them up completely. It’s continuous runtime is 1 hour, confirmed. But considering the way most consumers will use it, sorting out what to shred, and then shredding it, box by box, drawer by drawer, or pile by pile. Sitting at a desk doing that you can do so non stop for about 1.5 to 1.75 hours. Then the machine goes into a mandatory 1 hour cool down,, before it can start eating your unwanted secrets again. Trust me it will turn them into a pile of confetti that will take 12 CIA analysts 5 years to reassemble! My only complaint with this machine is a question? When will you make one with a 30 gallon waste bin?!

Great shredder for home use
Works well – shreds up to 12 pages at a time. Did not overheat after 30 minutes of continuous use. Easy to assemble, empty.

Great Paper Shredder – Just a Bit Too Small!
This is a great paper shredder, but I wish the bin was a lot bigger. It fills up so fast it ain’t event funny. I do like that it shreds the paper pretty small. I would recommend it for someone who doesn’t have a lot of shredding to do each week.

Best shredder for the price, no mess to clean up.
it’s great, it will save you time , 45 minutes did not have to stop because it got hot, emptied it 3 times because it was full, that the best part there is no mess, emptied right into a bag .

Shredded documents are small and so is the noise level
This unit replaced my 18 year old one that still worked but was noisy and didn.t shred small enough for me to feel safe discarding the shredded docs. The motor is very quiet, the shredded docs are small and compressed and the waste receptacle is large and easy to empty, plus it fits under my desk. If I ever need to replace this one, I’ll get a newer model of this unit.

Warranty replacement could take two or more months
After a few months, the shredder broke, and would no longer shred paper. I began a warranty claim and am being told it may take two or more months for me to get a replacement. Very non-customer friendly process. I have many papers to shred and no shredder to shred them with I am very dissatisfied. I see no reason to buy bonsai product in the future and therefore can’t recommend anyone else.
