QUALITY! It is true, you get what you pay for. This is well worth the cost and more, is an excellent heavy duty with lots of features. 10 year waranty tells the full stry. No one guarantees a product that long without KNOWING it will LAST that long!We had TONS of papers to be shredded when we got this and overheated it.. warning light tells you to STOP and let it rest. Hubby shredded something (plastic? ) In it and jammed it up TiGHTLY!CUSTOMER SERIVE is AMAZING! Even on Sunday afternoon.. A cheerful, friendly very helpful understanding woman ( Kiersten – ASK for her!) was very patient with this old woman (81) and carefully and completely explained all the steps needed to successfully ( less than an hour after we hung up) un-jam this shredder and have it working beautifully again. Go to Custmer Support if you have ANY questions.Buy this shredder as the BEST office or home gift for any family or friend. They will LOVE you for itforever. CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER..take note. This woman is OUTSTANDING CS!! Would be a wonderful MANAGER, but then we would lose her to CS! Give her RAISE, brownie points, Gold stars and her name on the bullentin board in the break room. Reasonably quiet; strong motor; compact
I thought this would be louder than it is, based on some of the reviews. However, it is not loud at all. I’m not sure I would run it in a room with a baby sleeping, but it is quieter than the Amazon brand crosscut shredder I recently tried. It is not quite as loud as an electric coffee grinder, and much much quieter than a blender.I ran some thick cardboard packaging through it, and it did not have an issue.The micro cut confetti that it produces looks good. This seems to be a solid choice for shredding bills a few times a week.

Broke after 3 months but great customer support sending replax
This shredder has already quit working only had it for 3 months. Says up to 10 sheets but 5 was pushing it. I was able to get a hold of customer support supposed to ship me a replacement so great rating due to awesome support of one year warranty. Called and only took 5 minutes.

A bit noisey, but does a great job. Good security rafting and easy to use. Has a good size bin ahd a handle on the head which makes it easy to pick up and move. Good length power cable fitted, you don’t need an extension fot it.

j’avais beaucoup de papier à détruire et j’avais un petit déchiqueteur qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, alors j’ai acheté celui ci et franchement fait une super bonne job. j’en suis très satisfaite et pour toute la quantité de papier que j’avais à détruire ça été rapide
