Love Bluey but this game almost made our kids hate it.
We have three kids, ages 8, 6 and 4.There are many reasons we love Bluey as a family; it’s vastly creative, has a postive father figure (rare these days) that has a lot of fun with his kids, and it’s hilarious and a ton of fun to watch! For these reasons, I decided to buy this video game for our kids for Christmas! (without reading reviews first)Very quickly did I regret this decision. Here’s why:- Gameplay. I have played video games most of my life. This was really bad. Example: within the first few minutes the game instructs the characters to pull furniture in their house to retrieve the keepy-uppy balloon. It’s pretty simple, press button to grab hold of furniture and then use joystick to pull furniture. 15% of the time it worked…..every time.- Game froze…a lot. Randomly this game froze on us and we had to restart the game and lose progress. Losing progress isn’t THAT big of a deal as you can beat this game in like an hour while you’re half asleep and after you’ve taken a whole bottle of Lortab. But it was quite frustrating for our kids to go through.- Can’t see characters in certain rooms. There were a number of times whoever was controlling Bluey in our family would wander out of a room and either we couldn’t see the rest of the characters (so we didn’t know which way to go to get out of the room and follow Bluey) and Bluey player would get frustrated that others weren’t following them, even thought they were trying to.I’m not sure who did the final sign-off for this video game, but I can’t believe they played it? It felt like this was a Beta Beta Beta Beta version that had MANY bugs and they were just like “We love bugs”.If I could return this game I would. I also won’t be reselling this game locally as I don’t want to put any other family to suffer this holiday season.Overall, I was just surprised that the creators of one of the most creative, fun, and adventurous TV shows on planet earth, let this game be released with the Bluey name on it.

Glitch Glitch and more Glitches
Glitch after glitch makes this game unplayable, my daughter keeps falling through the floor of the house ending up in the yard. Plenty of other glitches. The fact that they gave the okay for this game to come out like this is mind boggling, people must have lost jobs over this pile of disappointment!

We thought this was going to be more running around and just exploring but there is a proper storyline to follow. Lots of cut scenes with my 3 year old didn’t appreciate as there is no option to skip them. However the game does keep her entertained when supervised and playing with her. Good value for money, the game is fun enough to enjoy but a little complicated to follow for little ones

This is a slow pace easy game to follow. It’s a great first game for children starting to learn the switch.

Wonderful game, arrived on time. Hours of fun for the adults, about three hours of fun so far for the kids

I think this game was good for spending quality time as a family however we came across a few bugs in the system where some rooms were for some reason blocked off by colourful gates where one player specifically cannot enter the room causing the whole game to stop working but it is still a fun game when the bugs stop.
