quiet and effective
Based on the amount of dust that my home gets in just a few days, I always wondered if that is one of the reasons one would get sick or maybe just congested. For peace of mind plus thoughts of unknown air toxins, I purchased this air purifier. So far, I only once saw the gauge hit 2% and that was while I was using a blow dryer near it as I dried my hair. Other than that, it remains on 0% whenever I glance at it. It is located right next to my bedroom door, so I glance at it multiple times a day. Outside my bedroom door is a hallway with 3 other bedrooms plus a bathroom and a flight of stairs going to the lower level. This air purifier seems to be doing its job on the top floor of my home. The filter is also hanging on to 80% and I’ve had it for 3 months. If I calculate this correctly, I might have to change the filter 1 time a year; give or take! I also like that it has a low volume hum which is not annoying and actually is comforting when going to sleep! It is a good buy and I do recommend it, for at the least, giving you peace of mind!

Worth every penny
I purchased the Blue Pure 311i Max. I did not have concerns about the air quality in our home. I just live with an asthmatic and felt it could only help. They opened my eyes. When I smoke oil, cooking, or vacuum or run the clothes dryer (which is on a different floor of the house) or the cat scratches in the low dust cat litter, even if I don’t notice any change in air quality, the purifiers jump to action, cleaning the air. It was eye opening how many dust particles and allergens must be floating around, unknown to us. I am very pleased with this purchase. The air purifiers are simple to use, come with an app for control and are ready to plug and go, out of the box. They have an automatic setting which adjusts the fan speed to the quality of the air, automatically. The only time I hear them, at all, is when they are on high and I am nearby. If I’m asleep, and I sleep four feet from one, I never notice it come on. The purifiers leave the air smelling crisp. It’s the only adjective which fits. It’s like the way the air smells clean and cool, after snow. They are worth every penny.

Blue ribbon air purifier
I have waited to do this review until I used this product for 6 months because this was the first time using an air purifier. This Blue Air gadget is amazing. It pulls particles, pet dander, odors and toxins out of the air in the quietest fashion. There are plenty of bells and whistles on the WiFi app included but it truly manages itself in auto mode. The machine will immediate rev up when we are cooking or when the cat is doing its business in the litter box. The maintenance is soooo easy – simply vacuum the fabric filter once a month and replace the internal filter when it tells you. My inside allergies are getting milder and milder. We have this purifier in the living room which is centered on our main level (about 2000sf).

Blueair filter options and 30 day trial period
I like the design of the item as well as its quietness. The ease of upkeep and changing the filters is very nice. Currently, you do NOT have the option of choosing which air filter fits your needs during purchase. It comes with their standard filter. If you need the allergen filter or a smoke filter, you will have to pay seperately for that. I have two 411iMax units, one 311iMax, one 511i max and a Mini Max. The Mini Max does not have the touch sensitivity of the bigger units – it takes a bit to figure out – I thought it was defective at first (I was told they are working on for future units) Also, if you purchase on Amazon (even though it is Blueair’s Amazon store), you only have a 30 day return policy. If you purchase directly from Blueair there is a 60 day return policy.

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. So far I have not been sick this winter and it’s the first winter that I haven’t coughed at all. I have a house that has a lot of open area. I also have three cats that shed a lot. I don’t have to vacuum as often as it removes all the loose hair. I just wished I had purchased it sooner. I am planning to get one for my upstairs.

Works well and great apl
This is my first air purifier but I am so pleased! My husband has pet allergies that we found out after getting our third pet (this one sent him over the edge) the purifier has kept us from needing to rehome the pets. Also, two different family members who had pet allergies have been able to come over and spend unlimited time at our house where as before they were unable to stay longer than 6 hours!Also the app is great! For anyone who doesn’t know “child lock” features never include the power button for safety reasons and my two year old loves pressing the power button on this. The app allows me to turn the machine back on from my phone. It also allows me to adjust the settings and see history of air quality. I have not yet washed the external fabric filter and I’ve only used the machine a month but I am purchasing more for additional rooms.

Does an excellent job.
We moved into a house that had a smoker in it. It’s gonna take us a while to paint all the rooms and get it sorted, but these purifiers, we have two, are doing an excellent job cutting through the smoke smell. Also picking up fumes from the heating which while mild, I didn’t realize were leaving contaminants in the air.

Super easy to set up, the app works flawlessly. I love the scheduling feature and being able to control all lights down to 0%. Great for having next to your bed. The live air quality monitor is great, I can even see roses when cooking or cleaning nearby. This product was a bit pricey, but definitely worth every penny!

Purchased to help with airborne allergies and seems to have helped. I’ve been using it steadily since receiving it a few weeks ago and usually just leave it on the automatic setting. It seems to sense air changes well since it kicked into high gear when I was cooking pancakes (I do not have an exhaust fan in the kitchen) and then turned back down a little while after. I love that it can be controlled with my phone and that I can get a report on the air quality through the day. I have a family of four plus two new cats in a 1000 square foot space so it can get stuffy quickly but I’ve noticed that the house smells much fresher with this unit. One caution though, the fabric exterior is very enticing as a scratching post for cats so we had to put it up in a stand to keep it out of reach. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

En si estaba con todas las ganas del muy para tener un purificador en mi cuarto ya que siempre le entra humo de los demás que queman cosas, en si la experiencia en la aplicación es buena pero a la hora de encender el purificador suena como un grillo o interferencia de un televisor viejo que en primera estancia me saqué mucho de onda, la única forma en la cual ya no se escuchaba eso es que le subiera la intensidad del ventilador pero ese no es el punto de tener el producto….Me dio mucha pena llevarme tal decepción y tener que regresarlo

Good deal! This air purifier works very well for large rooms and significantly improves air quality. The HEPA Silent technology is efficient, and it’s relatively quiet, which is a big plus. However, the app integration could be more user-friendly, and replacement filters are a bit pricey. Overall, it’s a solid product that delivers clean, fresh air effectively!
