great vacuum
works great, easy to use. I love being able to use the same battery for so many things. it has great suction and is easy to empty. it is also very lightweight. couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Works great.
I’ve tried many different cordless vacuums over the years and I always try to pick something affordable but not cheap and this is by far the best one I’ve ever used. I would definitely recommend for many reasons it’s durable easy to use long-lasting and extremely powerful suction. And I also like the wall attachment it comes with and the replaceable battery and charger.

Good product
The vacuum cleaner works great on low-pile carpets, rugs, and hard floors. It has strong suction and can change how hard it sucks automatically. It’s light and easy to use, so it’s perfect for quick cleanups. However, I wish the battery lasted longer.Update: I can’t charge the battery when it’s on the cordless vacuum cleaner, so it’s a pain to take it out and charge it separately every time I use it.

II have FOUR of these things! Incredible for the $$$!!! [important need to know below]
I got one originally. Thing worked so good and was so light I ordered another for my 90 year old mother – she LOVES it too! Got them for a BenJammin’ which is unbeatable. I found it was picking up fine dirt and ‘stuff’ that my HUGE Vac was leaving behind. My only “complaint” (if you could call it that) is the thing fills up with dirt ALL TOO FAST! It is not intended to be your main Vac, but me and Mom are using it that way! SOooo, that brings us to TWO more – one upstairs and one downstairs, each, FOUR ~ I mean, WHY NOT?! And I have a spare basically.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: B&D and Porter Cable are “sisters” if they are 20V MAX labeled. I have a dozen Porter Cable tools and 10 batteries, big & small. The B&D battery will NOT fit the Porter Cable chargers due to housing design. HOWEVER, a minor housing modification (that does NOT effect their design) to the Porter Cable battery allows it to be used on the this B&D Product. It’s online. The Porter Cable chargers I have are the big block style about 2-3 times the Battery size. These charge in LESS THAN 1/4 of the time of the “slip on – shoe” style does for the B&D and since the B&D does not fit the Porter Cable chargers, I have ended up using the Porter Cable Batteries pretty frequently! DO NOT use the B&D charger on the Porter Cable to be safe. One reason I bought the ‘next three’ is that the Brush Head {Beater Bar per DEWALT] works very ‘deep’ in carpet meaning I expect it to have substantial wear as much as I am using it. I went on Amazon and found a replacemen for HALF of what I paid for the whole unit! It then disappeared. Great I thought. I kept plugging in teh Model Number truncating the end in a attempt to get more hits. This “DEWALT Roller N892816” ALWAYS came up on the top of the list but one end did NOT look like mine. The more I looked at it the more I knew it had to be the same as B&D’s “mother” is DeWALT. I took mine out and pulled the end cap (with a ball bering inserted) and it came right off. It is the SAME so I will order at least one set of spares because it is now only 1/4 of the BenJammin’! AGAIN that description is: “DEWALT Roller N892816”

I’m very impressed
This vacuum works great. I love the light. I have cats and hardwood floors and I am always shocked to see how much hair is actually on my floor when I turn it on. (Need to use that push broom more often!) Battery life is decent for me, and about what I expected. I have other B&D power tools, and many batteries, so this was not going to be an issue. Still I bought a 2 pack of extra batteries on the cheap just to keep in the house. The vacuum is very lightweight and maneuverable. The suction power IS adjustable (on a properly working model!) by hitting the power button a second time. It does have a sensor which will kick it up to max should you hit a rough carpet spot, and usually on my berber carpet. If you suck up something that entangles the brush, it turns off until you remove the offending particle. In my case, usually a piece of sisal rope from a cat tree, or the edge of a blanket, etc. There are only 2 things I don’t like about it. First; Although it does come with a screw-into-the-wall holder, and it does balance to stand upright by itself, I’ve had too many instances of knocking it over…sometimes falling down the steps and the dust cup popping off. Instead I wedge the top into a corner, leaning into the wall. This can leave a mark on your wall, but does work. Unless you wanna be a freak and purchase multiple wall holders… Hmm.. Secondly; The dust cup can be hard to empty, and I was surprised at how quickly it fills up. It is easy to get off the vacuum, but hard to pull out the top to empty it, once you do. I am not weak and people tell me I have a very good grip. Anyway I find that putting my left index finger into the opening on the side and pushing up while I pull the top works with less effort, every time. Neither of these “imperfections” is enough to deduct a star though. I’ve had it for 2.5 months and am waiting for another sale so I can keep one upstairs too. I wanted a vacuum with power, portability, and a powered head brush. Also one with a replaceable battery system. Already been through the “Battery is dead, so is your vacuum” saga with other brands.

No battery life! Good suction
I am not sure about this vacuum. It has a sensor that comes on and off randomly and sometimes there is a “pull” from the roller and sometimes to have to really push it. The battery lasted all of 10 minutes. It was super full so I was impressed with what it picked up. I also like that is has a battery that can be replaced- but what good is it when it only lasts maybe 10 minutes. I would like at least 20 out of a full charge. Probably sending back unless I find out what is happening.
