Bissell BigGreen Commercial BG-CC28 extra wide area vacuum cleaner has a welded steel frame, a 28-inch-wide cleaning path, and a 5/8-horsepower, 8.5-amp universal motor. It is bigger than typical upright vacuums and is better suited for cleaning large spaces. Steel is a rigid metal that is resistant to rust and wear. Universal motors typically weigh less than induction motors. This vacuum cleaner delivers up to 200 cubic feet per minute of air flow. It operates at a sound level of 78 decibels. The handle adjusts to five height positions for comfort and safety and folds for storage. Four brush rolls turn at 3,500 revolutions per minute (RPM) and have a chevron bristle pattern to move debris toward the vacuum inlet for cleaning. A brush barrier also directs dirt into the inlet. An extruded roller brush enables vacuuming under furniture and in other hard-to-reach places. A dust-retentive felt and outer filter keep dust and residue inside the vacuum. A top-fill system helps prevent clogging at the intake. The vacuum has front wheels that swivel 360 degrees for maneuverability. Wraparound bumpers help prevent damage to walls and doorways. A 60-foot power cord enables the vacuum to cover a larger area without changing outlets than vacuums with shorter cords. The vacuum measures 36-1/2 x 29 x 36 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It weighs 57 pounds and has a capacity of 1.2 bushels.

Wide path but low suction
This thing has a great wide cleaning path. However, the suction seems to be weak. It does not do well pushing forward. Pulling backwards, it does appear to vacuum better. For the price, I pretty much expected it to suck the color out of the carpet. I was disappointed.

Great machine for industrial cleaning, $$ High! But worth it compare to other Vacs.

Belt came off and caused damage to the brush housing
I bought 2 of these vacuums at $1600 a piece and one of them work fine and the other one has already thrown a belt. When it threw the belt it also damage a piece of the housing on the other side of the brush. It is loose now and making a horrible noise. Not sure if it will cause long term damage, but $1600 it shouldn’t have thrown a belt and damaged the brush already. Would like to return and buy another one, but didn’t keep the box and the shipping would be terrible.
Holiday Inn –
Great product, works as advertised
Our hotel staff can now vaccum the corridors much quicker and with better results. Definitely worth the purchase price given quality and labor efficiency gained.

Not a very good for a commercial unit
Unit was boxed and package for shipped properly. Unit was missing parts, had a cut in the bag and would not lower close enough to vacuum short weave carpet. Over all a very poor unit.
Point Man –
Great for our warehouse.
Big enough to do the job. Also, thin enough to reach below racking.

Wheels Came defective
Opened the box and put the machine to work. The machine as soon as it was turned on it started making noises in the left wheel. The wheel was defective. Had to return the item.
