Great Coffee Maker!
I love this thing. A single cup coffee maker is all that is needed in my household but I struggle with Keurig. I do not like using K cups and the accessory filter basket for using your own grounds is frustrating and poor in design. I tried a Hamilton Beach Scoop single cup maker and it did the basic job but the taste of the coffee had no depth, likely from the shallow, flat filter for the grounds that also did not hold enough for my preference of strong, bold coffee.I went on a search for a better single cup maker that had a convenient filter for using your own grounds and would also produce a satisfying, cup of coffee. There are limited consumer options in that market. I decided to take a chance on this one and I am so pleased with it!There are two filters, one for K cups and one for your own grounds. They are easily swapped out and easy to empty and clean. It takes up very little space on the counter and doesn’t look weird. I like that I can use a regular mug or travel one with the height adjustment on the tray and no splash out onto the counter so far when it’s brewing.Most importantly, I can put ample, fresh grounds of my choosing in the filter basket to get a delicious, bold and hot cup of coffee!!! I am a purist with coffee and want plain black coffee with depth of flavor and nothing added but I am picky about taste and strength. I am really enjoying this coffee maker and recommend it.

Works great
Works really well for all types of pods, loose tea, and regualar coffee. Easy to use, good price. This has had a lot of use since I pulled it out of the box and there are no issues with it. Overall a good product.

Pretty and simple to look at but not worth it!
I was very hopeful when I purchased this coffee maker.However, it did not live up to expectations.1) It does not brew hot coffee; after a while I started to heat my water in a separate kettle then poured into the unit to get a hot cup of coffee.2) During brewing it automatically shuts off halfway, I have to press the start button again so it can continue brewing.It brews a cup of coffee like it’s on its last breath, it struggles a lot, shuts off and dies.Unfortunately, I cannot return it, the window to return it has expired.

Great Little Coffee Maker
The single cup loose coffee brewer I used for years foolishly changed their design and it no longer makes decent coffee, and I refuse to buy expensive wasteful pods! Pod machines just don’t work with loose coffee, and all the name brand machines made for loose coffee have issues, so I took a chance on this Bella Single Serve Coffee Maker and it works great! The filter is not too big (weak coffee) and not too small (leakage). If it lasts more than a year it will be well worth the price.

So happy with my purchase so far. I bought this because I got sick of my Keurig machine taking up so much space on the counter and its constant need for descaling and then descaling rarely works! I hope I don’t have to descale this machine but I mainly bought it to drink more green tea . I went back to my drip brewer coffee maker for coffee in the morning. I bought the green tea pods but I like the face I can just be quick water and use a tea bag. It’s so cute and fits nicely on the counter. It only holds 1 & 3/4 cups but that’s fine. It’s a really nice looking compact little machine. I’d say Bella machine is Bellisima!
