Multiple functions….bagel, defrost, reheat, and of course toast. What I really like about it is the wide slots which accommodate bagels and thick-sliced bread. I even reheated leftover small waffles in it. Good variety of colors…I got “Oatmeal”, which goes very well with my kitchen decor.

We have had the Bella toaster for 1 month. We really like: – it toasts quickly and evenly; and it defrosts the toast- it has a crumb tray for cleaning- it is easy to use- it’s a small footprint and the matte color looks good on the counter

Like the design, wish the slots were bigger
Just like the title says, I like the color and design but it is a bit too large for how short the slots are. They are plenty wide but not very long which made getting some normal pieces of bread out difficult. The pink color is nice and the heating was quick and thorough. Ended up returning this one and buying the single long slot option from Bella.

Toasts evenly.
I gave it five stars, but there are a couple things that I would change. Number one the cord is so stiff. Not sure why and the other thing is the manual lift to raise the toast high enough to get out needs to be a little bit more. Still a little tough to get out, but with that said the actual toasting is marvelous. It toasts very evenly. All you have to do is set to the proper browning. I love it. I would buy it again and wish I had actually bought the four slot. The only reason why I did not is because I was trying to save a little money. But it’s a wonderful toaster and I love the color which is kind of a plum color.

Great product for the price. Works well, but maybe not so much with sliced french bread even on the bagel setting. Important not to leave alone with thick bread like that – FYI.
