Compact Yet Powerful: Bear electric dough maker has a 3.7 quart capacity and is capable of mixing dry flour weights ranging from 7 to 38 ounces. With 120W of power and a three-dimensional stainless steel mixing blade, it increases the kneading area, resulting in more pliable and strong dough. This makes it perfect for making pizza, bread, roti, dumplings and sourdough.
Effortless Handling: This dough mixer has an easy-to-use control panel. Simply follow these three steps: 1. Add water and flour in the correct proportions; 2. Choose the function: mix or ferment, or both. The default mixing time is 15 minutes (adjustable up to 40 minutes) and the default ferment time is 90 minutes (adjustable up to 120 minutes); 3. The process ends with a beep.
High Quality Material & Low Noise: Bear dough maker machine is made of 304 stainless steel for direct food contact and is resistant to wear and easy to clean. This dough maker runs with low noise, and the suction cup feet at the bottom make the dough maker more stable, reduce the degree of shaking and further lower the noise.
Uniform Mixing & Thermostatic Fermentation: This dough mixer has a conical top cover to ensure the dough is evenly stressed. Combined with the feature of manual mixing, the mixing blade turns and stops. Bear dough Maker uses constant temperature fermentation technology, which ferments at a constant temperature ranging from 77 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
User-Friendly Design: Bear electric dough maker is equipped with a top panel, making the buttons more intuitive and user-friendly. There is a feed cover on the lid, providing convenience for adding ingredients and water during operation. The snap-fit design of the lid ensures stability and prevents overflow.

Very good product. Worth the money spent.
I purchased this product over 2 years ago. I have used it 2+ times per week to make a variety of different types dough. This dough maker and the fermenting function are great. I love that the blade is made of metal. I have only hand washed the bowl, blade and lid as that is what the instructions suggest. I’ve made sandwich bread, dumplings, pita, artisan, rolls, etc without any issues. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs something to mix/knead the dough.I previously used my KitchenAid mixer, but it wasn’t getting the job done for me and seemed to struggle with some of the dough. I read the reviews and decided to try this one. It was worth every penny I spent. I did manage to break the only plastic part on it, the lid, when I accidentally knocked it off of the counter and it landed on it’s side. It is still functional, only the plastic ring broke on it which is an ornamental piece. This is strictly a mixer with a fermenting feature and does not bake the dough for you. I knew this when I purchased it so it wasn’t a problem for me. I’ve recommended this product to a few of my friends, but they prefer a machine that would also bake the bread. Again, I cannot recommend this product enough for mixing dough.

I’ve had this for two years and NEVER use my KitchenAid anymore
I bought this little machine two years ago when my bread machine died and I realized I only used it for mixing and proofing dough anyways. It has a much larger capacity than a standard bread machine, the paddle is larger, and the proofing temp is lower, so you don’t end up with partially cooked or dried pieces. I just throw the ingredients inside in any order and hit mix and come back in a few to find a lovely dough ball. Some of the things I love about this machine are:* It’s easy to pull in and out of the cabinet (I store the mixing bowl and base separately).* It’s easy to wash* It’s easy to pause and add something you forgot* Compared to a bread machine and its settings, it’s easy to change the times, start over, etc.* because it stirs from the bottom, no crumbs are left behind* the capacity seems just right for most home baking projectsHere are the things I don’t like:* the mix cycle is loud and annoying (although we are all used to it by now)Because it’s so easy to use and clean, I found myself using it for non-bread projects, too, like mixing pasta dough or brownie mixes. Today, I was cleaning my kitchen and realized my KitchenAid mixer, which I used to use all the time (I have the Professional model) was covered in dust. I had to admit to myself that I just don’t use it anymore because I’m always pulling out this little machine instead. So now the KitchenAid is going in the pantry to free up some counter space.
