    Very helpful!
    They tried to repair my Epson ET-8550 once, but didn’t repair it. They shipped it back to me. let them know that it wasn’t fixed and shipped it back. Next thing I know, I’m getting a gift card because they couldn’t fix it! Great service!

    TERRIBLE
    My printer roller had broke and I sent it in for service. They kept it for a while then I had to call to check on the status. They sent me a printer that was not mine, it was dirty and this printer didn’t work. Luckily I had my serial number. Then they said my printer was non repairable…What… it was just a top roller. I looked on Amazon and found the replacement part. They lied, they probably lost my printer…After me contacting them over, and over talking to supervisors I did get ahold of a rep that helped me. I finally got a refund for my purchase. I have been out of work for over a month, no compensation from them, nothing… I use that printer for work. Asurion warehouse repair service needs more training. After sending me the wrong printer, they wouldn’t even schedule a pickup from UPS I had to box it up and take it to the UPS store inorder to get refunded. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    Overall a good experience!
    I had to mail the printer back to them and purchase a box to do so. Once they received and were unable to repair – they quickly emailed me a giftcard minus the sales tax.

    Asurion has you at your mercy when it comes to replacing your items
    My monitor, had a dead pixel in the center and I sent it to be fixed. After almost 3 weeks – Asurion fixed it and sent it back only to have it received with a broken bezel and broken screen. It was not the package because it was well package. The ended up sending me a gift card almost 2 weeks after they mentioned the item could not be repaired. In addition, the looks like there is a big disconnect between there repair center and customer service department; they send all kind of email updates that conflict with each other. At one point they said they are going to replace it with a new monitor and I also got information a check was going to sent.Insurance – is good because one way or another I got a gift card to replace my monitor -but the experience and jumping through hoops to get it resolved is HORRIBLE.I hope this helps!
