I didn’t trust it at first, but I was honestly surprised how good the turnaround was!
I purchased this to cover an expensive 3D printer which unfortunately has a tendency of breaking down after about a year or two. At first I was skeptical since there is always a repair attempt, but after about a week of sending in my defective 3D printer, the company has replied they could not repair it, as expected, and immediately covered the cost. They emailed me an Amazon gift card within the day which I have been able to use to buy a replacement 3D printer. This has been honestly a painless process.And if in case anyone is wondering, the company has not reached out to me or asked me to write a review or offered me any credit or discounts for any positive reviews. I despise companies that try to do that on Amazon.

I have had amazing service from the Asurion folks. Best protection plan when buying electronics for my kids. Saved some frustrations and headaches
Bought a Samsung Odyssey G9. Since it was an expensive purchase, I also purchased the extended protection plan which I never do. Nearly one and half year later, the monitor died and it was out of Samsung’s warranty. After shipping the monitor for repair, Asurion decided it was unrepairable and refunded me the original cost of the monitor. While it would’ve been nice to include the tax I originally paid too, I’d say this purchase of protection plan saved a lot of frustrations.

Super misleading/false advertising
On the product images it says that broken screens, drops, spills and accidental damage is covered. But then in the fine print in the email asurion sends you it says accidental damage including broken screens and drops are not covered. What is the point of getting a monitor protection plan if it doesn’t cover the screen? I’m glad I read the fine print but this is false advertising big time.
