I used the copier for personal family copies. I never had to file a claim for anything I can remember. This transaction for a second unit was a few clicks in the computer and a new copier is on its way.NOTE: PURCHASE THE ASURION PLAN FOR IMEIDATE REPLACEMENT!!!!!

There is no indication of what is wrong. Buttons don’t stay lit, I’ve been trying to copy one document, for the last 45 mins to no avail. Never mind trying to print, it won’t scan, etc . Today it died a few days shy of a year old. Still randomly makes noise like it wants to do something but, just then goes back to sleep

Very good service. Would have given it a 5 star but for the return process.Submitted my claim for one of the two TP Link Deco X68 wifi 6 extenders failing.Discovered that Asurion wanted me to send BOTH units, not just the failing unit for checking it out.They got the returned units, checked them out ASAP and got me gift card.— This entire process was good overall but marred by the Asurion return process.However – the return part is kind of clunky if you live in a condo or an apartment. This is SOMETHING that everyone needs to know and be aware of as it is part of the process before Amazon denies this posting.a) if you want UPS to pick it up from your building, the process is likely a TWO (2) day process or 3 if you miss the UPS driver:aa) first, via the claim process – have UPS drop off a shipping label at your building’s package room (if you have one) – most likely the next dayab) THEN you box it up and have UPS pick it up on their next return to your building which might be the next dayorb) if you do a UPS Store drop offba) you can print out the shipping label from the Asurion claim site and thenbb) go drop it off – for me, this was FAR easier to just print out the blasted label and go drop off the package within the same hour as opposed to a 2 or 3 day return process

Key broke on Apple Magic Keyboard after a few years of ownership. Label was sent minutes after submitting request and Amazon GC issued within a week. Would definitely buy this protection plan again.
