3 Likes and 1 Gripe – Important update to 5 Stars
I’ve been looking for a good shortcut controller that isn’t super expensive for a while now to use in Windows, Lightroom, Photoshop as well as Visual Studio Code. With that wide range of uses it’s been difficult to find just the right device.I Love the easily customized LCD buttons, this is critical in my opinion. Next the super flexible macro language that is useable on this controller is perfect. Last, it looks sweet on my desk! LOLNow my gripe, the button action is pretty terrible. You have to press way too hard on a button to activate it. I many times will push a button and it doesn’t react to my press until i press it down hard. The feel of the button action is not idea either. I can’t really explain but it kind of feels like there is an extra resistance at the half press point. I REALLY hope the buttons loosen up with use, if not I’ll come back and reduce it to 3 stars.*Important Update* 1/30/2025I figured out the problem I was having with the keys being difficult to press down all the way. These ARE two stage buttons! If you press half down that is the normal SHORT PRESS that the software references. If you press all the way down that is LONG PRESS. This changes everything, this is 5 stars all the way! LOVE IT!I will update this review if anything changes within 1 year. Great, cost-effective alternative.
Never having used the go-to industry stream deck, I can’t directly compare. However, based on what I’ve seen in reviews of said unit, it seems like the pluggins for this are lacking. Still, the deck operates well and is a solid build and the led buttons are clear and bright (can be dimmed if desired). Still learning how much functionality it provides, but I do like it so far. Getting it while a discount was offered (the white model) was icing on the cake.

Functional, But Software Feels Unpolished
I got this as a Vine customer, and while the hardware feels solid, the software seems unfinished and lacks the polish of more established brands. If your network blocks traffic from China, you’ll need a VPN to access the extensions. It works, but I’d recommend saving up for a more refined option.

A nice must have
I don’t do streaming, but I love this thing (and others like it too). I work from home, and I often do repetitive things. It is very nice to just have a button for them. I send a lot of emails with much of the same info in them. A simple button inserts the standard text. I am sure you can use it for more, but this alone saves me a lot of time (I have not typed my work email address once since I got this… it’s stupid long, and now it’s programmed to a button and I just press it and POW there it is.)As for this specific unit. I like it. It is built well, the buttons are not quite as crisp (they are a little mooshy) as they could be. The LED lighting for me is a waste and has to be turned off each time you boot up your computer. The button screens are bright and crisp looking. The software is a little weak but very useful still. I love that I can do a screen grab in order to clip out an image to use for the buttons… that is unique and great.Overall this is a very affordable way to add macros, shortcuts, and other one key productivity solutions to your system.

It does work
So, I did get this streaming controller to work. Some of it is intuitive, and some of it is not. For example, dragging the OBS icon from your desktop to the controller software worked flawlessly, but copy and pasting the addresses/passwords to start streaming was less intuitive. I ended up using Fifine’s online tutorial (which is riddled with grammatical errors) and this helped a bit. Basically, to solve that issue is you have to drag the streaming icon (in the controller software) to one of the squares in the same software, this opens a pop-up window to copy and paste the addresses/passwords from OBS to the software. This allows both softwares to link up and stream. I used OBS to stream to Twitch and it worked just fine.As to the buttons everyone is complaining about…same. If you’re at an angle while pressing the buttons, they do grind. You kind of have to position whichever finger you’re using directly over the button and at a certain angle for it to be a smooth actuation.Overall, it works to stream, allows for one button shortcuts, but I do not have anything else to compare it to as this was my first time using a streaming controller. All streaming I have done was directly from my PC.

Fantastic and quick click!
Amazing device! I had a Chinese brand before but this one blew it out the water! It immediately picked up my last settings and the buttons have a satisfying and thorough click! Its smaller design fits perfect on my desk! Definitely a great buy for your money!
