The simple assembly includes all metal parts and a kit of assembly screws and hardware. The two-axis locking tilt adjust with about 25 degrees pitch makes installation fast and stable. Attaches to your projector with 3 or 4 legs of the gimbal spider mount.
The maximum spider mount leg span is 12 inches (mount hole to mount hole); angling the legs will slightly reduce the maximum leg span.
Typical mounting screws are supplied with this mount but with some projectors, you may need to use the mounting screws included with your projector. Fits Epson, Optoma, Benq, Viewsonic and most other projectors.
Projector drop from the ceiling is only 10 inches. Includes an American written installation manual. Accessory 8-inch extension rods can be added to lower the projector, see below for accessory rods.

Exactly what we needed!
We purchased a projector for our church and wanted to hang it from our drop ceiling. This was exactly what we needed. It’s strong and easy to use.

Easy, affordable, and adjustable!
This did exactly what it said it would do. The directions it came with were FANTASTIC! They were much more detailed than 90% of instructions out there nowadays. It’s a good mount for a drop ceiling installation. It has a lot of flexibility for different sized and proportioned projectors, as well as for different angles. It was a great price for a mount for drop ceiling. We are really happy with it!

Good for the money.
Product is as described best as can be for the price , it is a little wobbly. It hasn’t fallen or come loose so as I said for an inexpensive way to hang a projector on a drop ceiling it works . They might want to consider designing it so the wires can come down thru the post and the ability to lengthen or shorten the drop would be nice.

Works great!
We were scared we weren’t going to find anything to help hold up our projector with our drop ceiling but bam! This works!

This is a hard one to write because I love the IDEA of the mount.
Its cheaper and WAY more convenient then a standard tile mount. But keep in mind this thing isn’t stable, it doesn’t have a good way to keep it locked, and any vibration carries right through the stupid thing. It was a good idea though.

It works, but be careful re: Optoma
Any reasonable weight projector with four mounting holes will be pretty good for this! Just make sure you’re close to those hanging wires so it’s solid. This does advertise that it comes with additional wire, but mine didn’t.It was my fault, but Optoma projectors usually have three mounting holes and I had to 3d print a modification to make this work.

Exactly what you need for a projector on a drop ceiling
Did the job for us. Easy to put into place. We did reinforce the cross t, as well as add a string for stability.

Wobbly but otherwise good
As others have said, it’s wobbly but otherwise stable. The T bar is likely what’s causing the wobble and not the mount.I dinged it a star as the adjustments aren’t super user friendly, and took a little more effort than other mounts I’ve used. Otherwise a solid choice for a T bar install.
