Bought this for my son and he loves it and uses it almost every day, the quality is very good and even though its light weight it does not shift around while in use.

Works well but doesnt feel too sturdy
Its made of plastic and its feels like plastic when using it. It can handle the weight (140) but doesnt feel the most sturdy. Markers are helpful to decide which muscle group to hit. Overall would recommend for the price.

Nice, but how durable.
This is a good exercise item. It is flexible and light, but my worry is its durability. Since it’s mostly hard plastic. I am also not sure if each color does what it says it would do (chest, arms, back, etc.)

Not very sturdy but hits a lot of muscle groups
This product really does the job when used daily or on a regular basis. I like that you can hit different muscle groups and it’s easy to adjust. It’s not very sturdy but at this price I wasn’t expecting that. It has some little rubber pieces that kept falling out and I ended up gluing them with super glue. Overall I would recommend.

Does the trick, my boyfriend likes it- he has said he doesn’t feel it aiming for the right areas it claims to be. It also is cheaply made, mid push up we hear it crack a little bit so I guess it is cheaply made.

There are a lot of different versions of this type of product available but this one actually targets the correct muscles when used for each exercise it provides. I’ve noticed results after a few weeks of using a daily 4 set split routine (chest/triceps one day, shoulders/back the next). The handles are non slip and connect snugly to the platform. Yes, it’s plastic, but it feels strong enough to last forever. The idea of using this while travelling appealed to me and it’s small enough once folded to be portable as the handles fit neatly inside. Would definitely recommend.
