ACNCTOP Desk Lamp for Office Home – Eye-Cari

So far I LOVE this light for my puzzle table
I just purchased and received this light about 1 week ago. Attached it to my large puzzle table (approximately 4’x3′) and it helps so much. It seems nice and sturdy and love the total arm length as the stiff upright part together with the flexible part allow me to have the light up out of my way and well over the board without getting in my way. Also love that it’s very unobtrusive and neat and that it clamps easily onto my table (which is 3/4″ plywood) without having to be taking up a lot of table top space that so many lamp/light bases take up. (Plus, as I made my table by attaching it to a drafting table type of frame so that I can have slant the table when I wish, table top lamps/lights tend to slide/fall off the table when it is slanted… not good.) The flexible part of this light’s arm is the best I’ve had on anything and so easy to adjust just how I want it at any given time. I love that the light bar is attached to the flex arm on a ball joint, thereby making it so easy to move it around to get the light focused just where I need it in order to avoid any glare off the puzzle pieces. Plus, being able to adjust the light color itself is also great for as the light changes in the room from bright sunny days, to overcast days and long nights. (Yes, I get hooked on my puzzles and spend many a time working on them well into the wee morning hours.) Note that it just comes with the usb cord but no AC Adapter, but as I, like many of us, have several USB plug adapters left over from old phones, tablets, Kindle’s, etc., it really was not a problem at all for me. Just wanted to note that to make you aware of it. Again, highly recommend this light!Now to give it the test of time to see how well it lasts, but I’m not too concerned there as it does appear to be a good solid light and fits the purpose I was wanting it for perfectly.

Works Well, But Shuts Off On Its Own Occasionally
Let me start by saying I do like this lamp. It does exactly what I needed it for. Provides a good amount of light to the work surface of my desk without glaring on the computer monitor. I like that I can vary the amount and color of the light.The assembly was fairly easy. I like that I can clamp this to my desk and not have it take up a lot of space – my desk isn’t all that big right now. The control/cord part could be better. I ended up using the little clamps that came with it and running the cord up to the top so I could reach the control part that way. It works but it’s not very pretty. Thus the 4 star review versus 5.Basically, I am happy with the lamp, however…I’ve noticed that if I have it on the brightest setting for too long, it will shut itself off. The left side of the light itself is hot, so I’m assuming that’s why it’s shutting itself off. Once it cools down, I can turn it back on. Because of this, I try not to have it on the brightest setting for too long or use one of the lower settings that still allows comfortable reading.I have read the other reviews that mention this issue but they indicate it’s the adapter causing the issue. I have mine plugged into a USB port in the base of another lamp I have on my desk. That might be a cause but I do believe in my case, the light gets too hot on the highest setting. Using a lower setting seems to resolve the issue for me.

I work from home and have a small “cubicle” space in my bedroom that’s the perfect size but does not have any lighting; the actual bedroom light isn’t great either.This lamp was easy to put together and mount. I love that I’m able to move the light bar to which direction makes sense based on the light through the windows that are behind me. I really like that it doesn’t have the gaming light and I only need to do cool/warm and dim/bright. I also like that the cord has the lighting controls so I can’t lose a remote.

Después de haber visto (y comprado) otras, considero que esta tiene un muy buen nivel de brillo.Cuenta con varios niveles de brillo, pero el brillo máximo es muy bueno, sin molestar.Buen tamaño y muy buen sistema de clip, quedó muy firme. El brazo es flexible y el cabezal también también puede cambiar su orientación.Hasta el momento ha funcionado muy bien.Buena lámpara. Creo que compraré otra para mi hija.
