Compact & Travel Friendly
I brought this with me on a work trip, and fried 2 eggs on the bottom, and reheated refried beans with the bowl. I also “stir fried” left over Chinese food. It gets very hot, and does a great job. It doesn’t weigh a lot, or take up excess room in my carryon. I’m in hotels around 9 or so nights a month, and I get very tired of eating out. I’m looking forward to making new foods with it on my next trip.

VERY tiny – But works
If you can live with a Very tiny pan it’s fine. The skillet portion easily held two scrambled eggs (you’ll need a very tiny spatula and be very careful getting cooked items out – Not for kids to use!), the single high temp meant eggs were a quick constant project. The little pan which sits on the skillet holds about 1 1/4 cup of water, which it boiled in about 4-5 minutes. If the pan were a little larger this would be far more useful, that is one small cup of coffee. I tried putting a little stainless steel camp mug on it (2 cups of water), worked fine. Checked the watts, and showed using 276 watts, if there was a power surge when first plugged in, I did not see it. There is only one temp and no On/Off – you unplug it to turn it off. I purchased at a nearby store.
