What is the lowest temperature of the refrigerator and freezer?
Dear customer, the lowest temperature of the freezer is -18 ℃, and the refrigerator is 5 ℃.
On the bottom of the fridge is that a bin that slides in & out or just 2 bars across the front?
They are just bars that would hold items from slipping forward. The 1/2 shelf above it is removable for tall items and the top.Shelf is also removable
Why is this refrigerator running all day? The engine is off?
When the fridge/freezer reaches the set temperature, the thermostat will trigger the compressor to shut off. When the temperature inside the unit rises the thermostat will trigger the compressor to turn back on.
If your refrigerator cannot use a surge protector, how can you protect yourself from the impact of an electrical storm?
You can use a surge protector – it is not recommended that the refrigerator be powered by solar cells/DC batteries via an inverter or a generator.
I read in a power outage, this fridge needs to be manually restarted. How do you manually restart a fridge?
If the fridge compressor does not turn on after a power failure – turn the temperature dial inside to 0 and then back to your preferred temperature.

I bought this for my roommates when their small fridge crapped. Perfect for a small space. Roommate reports cold is cold and ice cream is frozen. She likes the wood panel design too; it blends in well in her bedroom. Easy to clean too. Happiness all around.

You really can’t put a lot of drinks in here Update: seller is great at communicating
Even the door it’s hard to fit three regular bottles of water on it. Wish there was more room. The door won’t close all the way and if there isn’t enough things in there to chill it will freeze what ever is in there and if there is too much in there from stocking it, it will take forever to chill. Super annoying but it will make do until it breaks.Update: I have been in touch with the seller for this product and they have apologized for the product not working properly and gave me a full refund and reassured me that they are doing their best to fix it. Thank you so much for the due diligence!
