Is the exterior of this refrigerator hot?
All compressor cooled refrigerators use the exterior of the cabinet as a heat sink to help dissipate heat removed from the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
Is it normal for the inside back wall of the refrigerator to have water condensation?
If you have high humidity in the room where the unit is located & have opened the door which allows the humid air into the refrigerator you may experience condensation.
Why is this refrigerator running all day? The engine is off?
When the fridge/freezer reaches the set temperature, the thermostat will trigger the compressor to shut off. When the temperature inside the unit rises the thermostat will trigger the compressor to turn back on.
What should i do after i receive it？
Dear customer, our compact refrigerator has inside compressor, so you need to make it stand upright for at least 24 hours before using it, as the machine has been bumped during transit.

Easy to use
This small refrigerator is so practical! I bought it specially for my daughter to store her formula. It is convenient to use. The refrigerator is small and does not take up much space. I put it in the bedroom for easy access and storage. Its refrigeration effect is very good. The formula can be kept at a suitable temperature when put in, and it is just ready to drink when taken out. The refrigerator makes almost no noise when running, and it will not disturb our rest if we leave it in the room at night. The space inside the refrigerator is perfect for me, not too big and not too small. This is a satisfying purchase, especially for families with babies at home!

Terrible waste of money
Plugged it in, could hear it running, left it plugged in overnight to cool. Woke up next morning and it was not cold, not one bit of difference from when I plugged it in. My son in law (who is quite knowledgeable) took the back panel off and discovered the wires to the condenser were fried. Been trying to contact the seller to return and have not heard back and it’s been almost a month. Guess I’ll chalk this one up to a lesson learned— you get what ya pay for.

The price was good, postage backed are up but when you look at the price of other ones with free postage less room. So it was really below the price of the others. Works well. Freezes fast. Very satisfied. Looks good and more space than the others

Great Freezer!
I ordered this for my classroom. It is very light and looks like a shrunken full size kitchen fridge. The freezer is awesome! It really does well to keep ice cubes frozen and other items. The fridge part is not as exemplary. My biggest complaint is that door doesn’t shut well or stay shut. This has resulted in the fridge part being left open all night (more than once). It seems closed, but it’s not. The temperature setting is also tricky. It’s in a hard spot to reach and there are no markings to tell what it’s set on. Freezer 5 ⭐️. Fridge 2⭐️.
