I do work for a nursing facility and when they remodeled a wing, the wiring contractor used RJ-45 jacks instead of RJ-11 jacks for the phone connections, so I had to make up 100 of these to accomodate the jacks. Had I known that these cords by Jozzai existed, I could have just purchased these for about the same cost (but with a huge time savings) instead. These work well and are the perfect length for these nursing rooms. I will be buying more of these to use as replacements as the originals break down over time. The right cable for a specific purpose
This cable is used to re-purpose 8P8C structured wiring for use with analog phone equipment. It has an 8P8C (sometimes called RJ45) connector on one end, and an RJ11 connector on the other. It contains four wires, so will support up to two analog phone lines, and the color coding (Red/Green, Yellow/Black) of the internal wiring is correct. The cable itself is well assembled, with good crimps and wire.
