It’s a great way to exercise the body and brain, while building hand to eye coordination.
It’s a great way to exercise the body and brain, while building hand to eye coordination.As I get older, I’m finding that I need to make an effort to keep the mind sharp.This is a great way to do that while also getting exercise. The pads light up and you hit them. You can adjust the speed to be more stimulating and challenging.It has a built-in speaker that hooked up to my phone via Bluetooth so I could play my own music (80s rock, tyvm). It was easy and paired without issue.The various pads light up randomly and you hit them. You can increase or decrease the speed they light up.It’s pretty sturdy.It was easy to understand the instructions.It mounts onto the wall at whatever height you want it, but it is mounted to velcro strips, lol. The idea is that you can easily remove it and then position it at whatever height you need, making it something the whole family could use. I questioned the strength of the included velcro strips so got my own heavy-duty strips and used those instead.It’s been a great way to me to increase my upper arm strength and work on cardio, while keeping the brain sharp.

Fun and solidly built boxing machine.
Solid boxing machine with clear audio and lighting. Button response is good and overall build quality seems good as well. Instillation was quick and easy. I mounted this with the provided velcro straps to my basement concrete wall with no problems. I slipped on the provided gloves and went right into it. The basic program is easy to follow and keeps you moving. You do have to provide considerable contact to each hit to ensure it registers but that is a good thing.The overall package has all that you need. I do find the provided gloves a bit lacking as they are relatively minimal with just a thicker pad over the knuckles but they keep your hands from getting banged up. The quality of the gloves is ok. Sufficient for this product but they could be better.The available programs are just alright. The internal programs alter speed of the game and how many circles light up at a time. This forces you to have to provide faster strikes to keep up. I do think this is where the product is lacking though. It would have been nice to have these be more set up as game modes to earn points per strike or have it work on specific combos that you would get points for and then try to get more complex. You sadly have to do this kind of in your head instead. I do like the product though and plan to incorporate it into my workouts.

Great way to relieve stress
This is such a cool concept! I didn’t know what to expected first because I’ve never had one of these. But I love it! Since I’m short I’m glad that it’s not on the stand so I can put it to the perfect height on the wall. I have it in the basement and I like the fact that I can link my music to it and it lights up so you know where to punch. I’ve definitely noticed a decrease in stress by using this. Highly recommend!

Engaging for high energy kiddos
My kids love this toy. My son works with OT for his adhd and they encourage games that help his focus and also exert energy. This game is fun and he stays engaged because the speed increases and music increases in tempo. The adhesive stayed on my orange peel walls for two days but fell off after a lot of play. I did have to secure it on a flat surface to ensure it wouldn’t fall off again.

Mostly a toy
This is an average quality toy. Setup will require sticking lengths of Velcro to the wall or hanging surface. The only way to hang this product is by using the Velcro included. There are no brackets for mounting or anchor holes in the backside. Where you stick the velcro is where it has to stay.The target itself is made with flimsy plastic but can handle lightweight strikes. I would suggest this for young people but if you’re an adult looking for lightweight striking surfaces this will work fine. The gloves that come with the target are low quality and won’t last long. Overall this is a three star product.

Great game idea for destress but quality not so great
This item is great for guests when they come over or for destressing. But the quality is not as good as the ones i used at this arcade. Some part seem loose and felt uncomfortable to use but is a great idea game for fun. It was a little bit hard to connect to the phone bluetooth for the music so was a bit inconvenient.
