Fun, exercise entertainment
We love the wall mount boxing machine! We used the Velcro mount and were able to mount with ease. Love that the Velcro tape is long enough to adjust the height of the machine. I like to practice when I go into his room. I do wish there were some cushion protection on the back of the punch pads so it wouldn’t be so loud to use. I have put some adhesive pads on the back myself. It has helped. You should purchase if you’re look for an alternative to a punching bag.

Fun for kids and adults
Bought this for my 12 yr old son for Christmas and he loved it! We wanted to get him something that made him get up from his computer chair and get some blood flowing 🙂 He had fun, got his workout, and built some confidence. He was sore for days afterwards, mission accomplished. I used it when I was bored and needed some blood flow, and felt sore for days aftwards. The product is good quality, hangs steadily on the wall. Heads up becauase the sound of the pounding on the wall can make a person uneasy, sounds like someone is trying to pound through the wall. We take down hanging portraits when he is going to use this just in case. Overall, this is worth the cost, and energy for fun and to get fit.
