It works like a charm. Just wish the low felt like medium, and medium felt like high. You can barely feel it on low and this is coming from someone who works in a refrigerator. If I worked in the freezer itnwould be useless. Other than that it works great. Lasts all day with just the jacket on medium. Gonna have to test the hood and jacket together one day.

December 2022:I bought 2 plus 3 more vests. Speedy delivery. Arrived this afternoon. Happy with the quality. Batteries partially charged upon arrival. It took 2 hours to put a full charge on the battîtes. Will f/u with additional review once the vests have been worn and tested. Thank you!December 2023:Last winter I bought 5 of these vests for my grown children in Montana. They have enjoyed wearing them throughout the very cold winter. Just purchased (1) more for a total of 6. This new vest has a larger battery capacity. Nice.

Hubby loves it! …But zipper is backward.
Got this for my husband for Christmas he loves it! He likes to work out in the garage on wood projects, but the garage isn’t insulated and he gets cold during the winter. This was the perfect solution! The only complaint he has is that the zipper is backwards for a man’s vest.

Location of heating pads
I like that it’s a vest. It keeps my chest a back warm. The battery has multiple uses. It’s not dedicated to the vest which makes it flexible to the end use. The heated neck and hood area adds additional comfort. I can wash it when it gets dirty just need to read the care tag. Would buy this again

Cumbersome and not durable
It’s just ok. They could’ve don’t better by securing the large and heavy battery pack in a dedicated pocket that is out of the way. Instead it’s placed in the same location as one of the side pockets, almost rendering that pocket useless. It also weighs the best down to the left because it’s not centered. In addition, the heat wiring throughout the vest is tight, limiting mobility. Finally, why just 2 pockets? Very limiting. If I were to redesign this thing I would put the battery in a dedicated pocket near the breast area so it doesn’t weigh one side down, and I would give the wiring a little more slack for mobility and add a couple more pockets on the inside of the vest.Updating this after some time. The best shorted out after a few uses.

Stopped working after one use
I only used my vest once and a year later I tried it and it’s no longer working. Not sure if it the battery. Quality is not worth it if you can’t use it
