Loved the backlit keyboard! Was essential and did not disappoint us! The computer is easy to use, transferred my data from other computer no problem! Seems durable, so far, as we just got it about 2 weeks ago.Definitely got value for the money!

Great Bang for the Buck!
My studio laptop had become unstable and I quickly needed a replacement that could handle live online video streaming. I was unsure that a laptop at this low price could handle the job. Boy, was I surprised! Windows 11 out of the box and it runs fast. Comes with fingerprint scanner on the TouchPad. Great value for the money. I’m used to a larger form factor, so the smaller sized keyboard does present a bit of a problem using the number pad. But since the laptop has Bluetooth, I’ve since gotten remote keyboard and mouse.

Not Reliable Brand Name
From day one had issues with this computer, and frankly I do not believe the manufacturing when they said they tested ever model. This model was beyond pathetic, it would not boot-up each time turned on. Some people will say “keep a computer on all the time.” That sounds great for a 24 x 7 business but for home use that statement is impractical. Computers do get hotter than normal just sitting for hours idling, and unless you have some type of cooling pad beneath the laptop it’s going in my opinion start to have earlier than normal internal hardware issues due to overheating, those fans inside laptops are not quality made and definitely not the best; so if going to do any gaming or business work on a notebook or laptop I highly suggest getting a cool pad that’s USB driven. The problem with this laptop was not balanced internally with its components, some wasn’t capable, and the computer had so many bugs and flaws it became so frustrating just to boot-up; and worse they never send any reason operational manual. Yet, NIAKUN said was a booklet…Yea right a booklet that was 4 x 3 inches if that much in size, and had to have a 25x magnifier to read. At least manufacturing could had a working telephone number, or even a website to contact would been nice but nope they only cared about sales, not customer service; so I returned computer, and no I would not recommend buying anything with the NIAKUN name. Actually later purchased an HP far greater than this mode from Walmart for less cost.

Fast, with backlit keyboard
The keyboard is backlit, while many others are not. Has good speed and storage. I like the multiple USB ports. Screen is very clear with good colors. Great value for the money.

The Laptop shell is simple. Do not judge a book by its cover. Powerful robust, does everything I need it too. This laptop is solid. Best bang for my buckTo top it off, NIAKUN provides top notch customer service.

Doesn’t Seem to Match CPU claims
Company claims processor speed up to 3.4Ghz. I haven’t been able to configure the cpu to exceed 2.0 Ghz. The bios does not permit overclocking from what I can see. The original configuration is 1.2 GHz. At the present time the laptop works as well as can be expected.
