Works great
I regularly wear out electric skillets and have to replace them. So, this one is just one in a long line. But, it works great, very easy to clean, of course. Can’t say much about heat distribution on an electric skillet, as they have the same problem of being hottest at the coil. But, if you’re used to cooking with one, then you should have no problem. I would buy this product again.

Perfect for cooking anything where controlled heat is necessary. We have owned 3 over thirty years. A new one every 10 years. Very reliable.

Great for my slow cooking and special recipes . Had one for years and went through a separation and left it. So had to buy a new one. Stir fry veggies are delicious in it. Cook shrimp or fish to perfection !

Uneven heating
Look at the pancakes in this picture. See how they are each about 1/3 not brown? We used this appliance once, and I’m returning it.Also, the heat probe control doesn’t give you degrees. Just 1, 2, 3, etc. What’s up with that? I thought by paying a little more I would get a better product. Nope. Back to the drawing board.

Excellent product! Used it all summer long to cook with instead of the stove. Cooks evenly no hot spots, and easy cleanup!
