Helps convection oven work like an air fryer
First, like many other reviewers, I was impressed by the sturdiness and quality of both the baking pan and the rack. It was securely boxed, so arrived in perfect condition. The smaller 10.4-inch size is just right for my ancient but still perfectly functioning and versatile De Longhi countertop convection/toaster oven (though even when new, it never produced decent toast). But it’s a good little workhorse, and I can now get even more use out of it after discovering that convection ovens and air fryers work on the same principle. But when using a convection oven to produce air fryer results, it’s necessary to reduce the temperature by about 25 degrees, and it’s important that there’s air flow under and around whatever you’re cooking, so elevating foods on a rack over a pan is essential. Which is why I was searching for a small baking/roasting pan with a grid-style rack to fit my convection oven. Tried the pan out this evening using the convection mode, and my breaded cod fillets turned out perfectly cooked — crunchy on the outside, moist inside, and no more soggy breading on one side. Afterward, the pan washed up quickly and easily, maintaining its mirror shine. Even though I already own several high-quality baking sheets, I’ll be buying more of these in larger sizes for my regular oven. Highly recommended!

I love this roasting pan & rack (12.5 x 9.7 x 1). It is very thick & sturdy. I cooked my Christmas prime rib on this thing, almost as large as the pan. The pan held up under the weight, and the high heat of a reverse sear. Very high quality. It cleaned up to a perfect shine using only a sponge & 10 minute soak. Perfect size for roast chicken for two people. Perfect in every way. If I could give more stars I would.

works well for air frying. I use it in a large toaster oven air fryer ,etc. oven one thing while I can clean this mostly easy, there are a few spots I may need to use the SOS pads, and if you do like me, be very careful with the SOS pads, they can scratch this pan. if a teflon pad will work use that first. if you have a stubornstain.

High Quality and Works Well For Broiling
I bought the P&P Chef Stainless mini broiling pan and the Nordic Ware mini broiling pan (gold color). I didn’t know which would work the best. It turns out the P&P is much higher quality. The Nordic Ware was much thinner material and warps out of shape under the broiler. The P&P, being much thicker stainless steel, retains its shape under the broiler. I do line the P&P pan with aluminum foil, since it doesn’t have a non-stick coating. This makes clean up easy – just throw the foil away. The wire grill takes a little bit more effort to clean. All in all, the P&P Chef pan is a good product and I recommend it.

The rack insert is smaller than described
The headline says it all. The measurements of the insert rack are not as described. It is too small.We will still use it, but it is not as great as we were hoping.

Tired of Teflon coating coming off my old sheets and the expensive Paderno grill rack inserts, I gave these a try. What a surprisingly great product! They don’t buckle in the oven and they wash up fabulous, even in the dishwasher! The grill inserts wash easy, too. 10/10 would buy again.
