Great, easy to use, safe SAFE
Was exactly what the product description said it would be, and exactly what we were looking for. All you can really ask for in a product. Holds more than the images portray as well. Would buy again if ever in the market. WAY easier than an old school combination lock.

I bought this so I could safely store documents, jewelry, and cash.Pros:- very easy to set up- has a lot of space- looks very niceCons: (and the only reason for 4 stars)- The dimensions in the picture are not the correct dimensions of the product!I bought this based on the dimensions in the picture to fit in a specific area, but because it’s bigger I had to find a different place for it. I did see, after I bought it, the the dimensions in the product specifications are different than the picture.

Very sturdy product
The safe is very sturdy. The directions could be a bit clearer, but once I figured it out, it worked fine. Big enough for storing all my important documents and jewelry.

Emergency Keylock Cover
Safe looks fine after delivery, however opening the emergency keylock cover is another story. The instructions don’t mention how to open it whatsoever. So now I’m stuck trying to figure out how to open it in order to operate it for the first time

Needs better instructions
I can’t figure out how to reset the pass code and the alert system works so it goes off while I’m just trying to reset a pass code. Currently using the keys, I’ve tried to email them but no response. Major downfall for these reasons. Otherwise I love the size and look but I can’t properly use it and that’s a bummer!
