What Can I do if the Bluetooth adapter can not work?: Ensure there are no other Bluetooth devices installed on the computer. If there are, disable all existing Bluetooth devices in “Device Manager”, then insert the adapter and try again. (For detailed information please read the user manual)

If you’re struggling with PC Bluetooth issues, GET THIS!!!
I had been dealing with the annoying problem of my computer not having Bluetooth for about two years after re-installing Windows from scratch (my PC used to have Bluetooth but it’s ability to do it mysteriously disapeared). I am very tech savy, but even though I tried downloading COUNTLESS device drivers for my computer and for Windows in general to attempt to fix it, nothing worked. Eventually, I decided to see if there was a better solution and came across this dongle for a great price. I figured it was worth a shot, but didn’t have high hopes. I plugged it in, and just like that, it worked right away!!! No hassle, no extra steps—Bluetooth was back on my computer. My phone connected within seconds! It it small and compact, and no drivers were needed. Havent tested range yet as I only need this when I’m at my computer, but seems to function well. Was compatible with Windows 10 and my Samsung Galaxy for sending photos and videos between each other. I’m honestly kicking myself for not trying this sooner…. If you’re dealing with a similar issue, save yourself the headache and just get this adapter. It works!

I bought 2. One if them failed recently maybe or it might be my win 11 OS. I replaced my psu and my bluetooth adapter no longer works. Maybe I did something. My sister is using the other one with no complaints. Can’t argue with this price. This is a good product. I just bought another oneThis thing is pretty much plug and play. Small enough. No perceptible lag with typing. I’ve only used it with win 11 so far so I can’t speak to it’s compatibility.

A budget Bluetooth from a name brand
This bluetooth dongle works OK not great but good enough. The range is not great but all my Bluetooth devices are connected with no real issues. Pretty much plug and play with Windows 11 recognizing the Ugreen Bluetooth dongle and installing the drivers on its own with no disc needed.

Solid bluetooth adapter
Great little adapter. Worked perfectly right out of the box on an older desktop PC.Connects without issue, and Windows 10 had built in drivers … no compatibility issues at all.It’s small, but not so small you lose it immediately if you drop it.

Awesome product, but requires a bit of work to enable in Windows 11
Built a PC with AMD Ryzen 7 7700x CPU and ASUS TUF Gaming B650M PLUS WIFI motherboard. Windows 11 OS install and activation went smoothly, but immediately noticed problems with bluetooth connectivity using even 2010-2014 year dongles. Bought this to try, and didn’t work off the bat, but after crawling through Windows support threads about this particular dongle, I discovered that somehow the Windows 11 Generic Adapter for Bluetooth was conflicting with what UGreen was using. Bluetooth started working as soon as I disabled the Generic one from Windows 11 in the Device Manager. Hopefully this helps if people are not getting BT working in a plug-n-play manner.
