The sold me a refurbished unit
The on;y good thing about the laptop I purchased was it boots rapidly because I have tp reboot about every hour after it hangs. I contacted Dell for customer support and when I gave them the serial number they told me the warranty had expired about 3 months before I bought the laptop. When I asked how the warranty could have been expired before I bough the laptop and was told it must have been a refurbished unit that I purchased at the very least it is a used laptop as it had been registered with Dell well before the warranty was up.There is no indication on this ad or in any of the packing that the laptop is/was a used or refurbished product so I an returning the laptop. Luckily I found this out before my 30 day window for free returns with Amazon had expired.I have a hunch selling used or refurbished product as new is a serious violation of the uniform commercial code but I will leave that to others to be concerned with, I just want my money back. You can purchase a laptop through this vendor but if you do contact Dell the first time you boot your system to check if it has been registered with Dell before you bought it.Buyer Beware!!

stay away
second time i bought a refurbished dell and both times in the first 6 months they just died. this new one i used one week but had it in the box due to moving for 3 months so now i am stuck with it. i cant reach the seller. everytime i try it comes back to me. no support after purchase

Low quality
It was working fine until after a month half of the keys on keyboard stopped working. Over the years I have bought about 10 dell laptops and never had one this low quality

Won’t stay connected
It won’t stay connected to my wifi unless I’m in the same room as the router. The battery doesn’t last long either.
