Sturdy and Durable
I want to first start with the customer service. I first recieved a damaged bag. You can tell by the way the box was damaged that it was damaged during shipping. I messaged the seller and within minutes I had a reply. I sent them a few pictures of the deformed bag and of the box. Right away they told me they would send me a replacement. I recieved the replacement within two days of messaging them. By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. 5 stars!!Now let’s review the bag itself. I have a wavemaster in the yard. The wave master is very bulky and even when filled with water it moves around a lot. I had purchased a heavy bag but the space I am using in the basement is very small and with low ceilings. This bag was perfect for the space! It has the perfect size and height. The suction cups on the bottom are amazing! It didn’t work on the gym mat, but I cut a hole out and the suction cups hold it pretty steady on tile. It was able to take strong kicks and punches without moving from its place. I was extremely impressed. I filled the base with sand. It took 2 60lb bags of play sand. The sand gave it a more stable foundation. The sand plus the suction cup, the bag is not moving no matter how hard you strike it. Only thing was the size funnel I had made it a tad difficult to get the sand in quickly. It took me about 20 minutes to get it in. Which is not bad for the sturdiest portable bag.Putting the base together with the bag was the simplest part. The easiest and fastest installation. It was very straightforward and the one tool needed was provided. I give this item 5 stars. I would highly recommend purchasing it. The price is also low in comparison to other products that do the job. You can’t beat the price, the customer service, and the quality of the bag. Don’t waste another second debating it!! Make your purchase!

The bag does arrive in two separate packages delivered at different times. One of my packages were unfortunately lost in transit but the sellers were very helpful in reissuing me another one. The bag’s suction cups work better than I thought they would and assembly is easy. Would probably last you a year or so judging from other reviews. Would recommend

Very good quality, but not entirely “noiseless”
This punching bag arrived on time as mentioned in my order. The base arrived much earlier than expected, while the bag arrived on the first day of the “arrives between” dates. If you do decide to fill the base with sand (which is almost unanimously recommended across the internet), you will definitely need to get a funnel in order to get all the sand in and minimize spills. Also, some on other sites have suggested using Playground Sand, but I find Multipurpose Sand is much easier to work with. Though it does get very dusty in the air and can get into your airways, so wearing a mask while doing that is strongly encouraged.In terms of the bag itself, it holds up very well to punches and kicks. I filled mine with 150 lbs of sand. It does wobble when struck, but not enough to be an issue. The assembly was very easy and straightforward such that I didn’t really need the instructions. When striking it I do notice that when I hit it hard enough, there’s a slight divot in the surrounding area where I made contact. However, this goes away if striking more than just that single area. If striking just that area for precision, the divot does not appear to get any worse.The one issue I find with this bag is in its description the words “noise reduction” and “noiseless” were used. As with the way sound works, things like this will always produce some noise. For me, I struck this with pulled-back punches in the downstairs of my house, and my parents claimed they could definitely hear it through the floor in the upstairs of the house while they were watching TV.Besides all that, this bag is of great quality. It holds up very well, easy to assemble, and is at an affordable price compared to other bags.

It’s a good bag for the money, but different than a full size bag
Summary:I’m not a prize fighter by any means. I’m just a guy that likes to hit the bag for exercise. Overall, this is a good bag that looks to be very durable. I hit the bag pretty hard, and it seems like it will last. It took some time to assemble, but they give you everything you need except sand. I have a smooth floor, but it’s concrete and probably not the best surface for suction cups to attach. However, they do attach somewhat. I am used to hitting a 100 pound hanging bag which has a wider diameter. This bag is narrower and you have to hit it more carefully so you don’t bend and injure your wrists. I recommend this bag for exercise. Since I’m not training to actually fight, I can’t speak to how good it is for that application.Details:-You will need DRY sand. I got mine at Home Depot near the bags of concrete – don’t get it from the nursery because that’s wet sand you’ll never get it into the base. I put about 140 pounds of sand in the base.-Get a good funnel that has a wide opening on the top and bottom. The bigger the openings, the faster the sand filling will go. It’s a pain, but necessary.-This bag is ideal if you have smooth floors for the suction cups, unless you’re not a hard hitter. Even with the suction cups sorta working on my floor, I can still knock the bag over.-The bag itself is harder/firmer than I expected. You’ll need decent gloves. I have some worn 14oz gloves that work ok. I haven’t tried my 8oz MMA gloves, but they should be ok.

Great Bag!
Set up was easy. Filling it with sand was a pain. After filling it. I put the bag to the test, 10 rounds / 3 min each. And here is the pro and cons.Pro – The bag is made from some durable material so wear your gloves. It moves around a bit, but i prefer it this way as it mimics an opponents head movement if they were to weave. I am a power hitter, so even with sand, it tip over a few times. So i threw my 25lb vest+200lb sand it didn’t’ tip over anymore. I like the narrow bag, it helps with precision punch’s.Con – Just the sand..

I have been using this product for a few weeks now. It’s quality is superb, especially for the small price in comparison to other competitors. I’ve been using it outside, and have used a heavy duty bin bag to protect the leather of the punching bag- which I’m sure is weather proof anyways.The customer service is brilliant, I had a small issue with the product when I first received it, however customer service have sorted out the minor problem both efficiently and politely.A perfect addition to any outdoor gym- would defiantly recommend!—————UPDATE:—————It’s been a year since I’ve owned this and I’ve been using it about 4-5 times a week on average. It has withstood thousands of punches and is still standing. Yes, the condition of the bag is rough, and it’s pretty much falling apart, but I want to share with you some really key tips on how to avoid this!- Cover the Punch bag with a heavy duty bin bag when not in use! This will protect it from rain and prolonged the leather of the punchbag.- fill up the base with Play sand and NOT builders sand. This will prevent yellow tinted leaks onto your patio. Also, don’t fill it with both sand and water, as this will become a mess overtime, chose either or.- if using in the garden, don’t attach the suction cups to the base. When being punched around, the suction cups will pierce the plastic base and cause leakage, especially if water is in the base. Only use on wooden/tile flooring!- make sure to fill up the whole base, sand is heavier (so I would recommend using this instead). This will prevent the punch bag from falling over and, overtime, damaging the leather and freestanding ability.——-Don’t get me wrong, I still stick by my initial review one year ago, just thought I would share these key points!Thank you for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful 🙂

Got this for my personal gym in my basement. Its a great addition and a lot of fun. I use this for warm up and its great for burning off excess energy. Not having to hang a punching bag on the ceiling is a great advantage to having one of these around. As an added bonus, you can always move it around to a better location with ease.The base itself is solid and has some decent weight after being filled and on top of that there are suction cups to keep it in place too just make sure you have tile or finished wood flooring. The bag is installed on top of 4 shock absorbing spring so you can put a lot of force on the bag without falling over. I punched it as hard as I could and it didn’t move an inch. I also tried kicks but didn’t go too crazy on it and it held up pretty well.In terms of quality of construction and material. The base is decently made out of a hard plastic and the walls are thick enough to contain sand without any leaks. I believe water works too but haven’t tried that personally. The shock absorber looks well designed and the metal plate that sandwiches the springs to the base looks like something that will stand the test of time. But most importantly I think the leather needs to hold up because its where most of the wear and tear will be. I can’t say how well because I’ve only used it for a week but I feel confident because of how well the other parts of the punching bag are made.Absolutely recommended for any athlete or anyone looking to get some excercise done while having a blast.

Fantastic ! Very good quality. Great alternative to a regular punching bag. I filled it with three bags of play sand and it is steady for punching and kicking. FYI get a funnel to fill it or it will take you forever. I used one from dollar store , the kind you would use for oil change, cut the end to fit the hole and you’re set . I’ve been using it for a couple months now and the whole family gets a go a it from time to time . Maybe not suitable for extra hard kicks and punches as it coul tip over. This has been a life saver since gyms and martial arts schools have close . Definitely recommend this product!

Delivered in 2 boxes on consecutive days but within the time frame stated so delivery was excellent.Instructions very easy to understand making light work of assembly. As others have stated filling the base with sand is laborious work as the hole is small but I found using an old plastic milk container as a funnel made it easier and less messy. I just got 3 large bags of sharp sand from B&Q @£3.70 each which filled about 75% of the base. You’d struggle to get more in as the hole isn’t right at the top. Didn’t attach the suction cups as not usable on uneven surfaces.No room in the house so it’s staying in the back garden under a plastic cover to protect from adverse weather conditions.Now for use of the product.It copes well with low kicks and punches but high shots of any force would probably tip it over. I’ve not done a workout yet just a few kicks and punches to test before the rain came. I’m 1.79m , 84kgs and just started Muay Thai training 2 nights a week. This will do for practicing combinations when I can’t get to the gym.Will update after a couple of weeks to see how it copes with workouts and if it does actually tip over.UPDATE.Obviously I’m only a beginner but it didn’t tip over completely. Don’t normally wear footwear so will put a mat down next time

I would recommend this product and have done already to friends at work who are also into martial arts / boxing and keeping fit. I filled mine with kiln dried sand right to the top and glued the cap on before assembling.It well weighted and reacts well when punched or kicked and does not make much noise, the quality is very good for the price and it looks nice in the gym room and does not take up make floor space due the base being narrow which makes it easy to work close to the bag or move around when punching and kicking.
