Perfect for my use
I bought this reader to help with items my wife and I sell for charity. It was so easy to set up and use. Unlike the square reader we use, it does a great job of shutting down and conserving battery life.

Works really well
We use this wireless scanner in our shop and it works very for a wide range of labels. It is very easy to use. You simply charge the scanner with the provided USB-A cord, plug in the provided dongle into the computer USB-A port and then start using the scanner. It reads the labels very well and it quick and easy to use. The trigger is easy to press and the scanner is a nice size for all of us here at the shop. It has a good range. You can use the charger while it is charging. It goes into sleep mode when not used for a certain amount of time. When you go to use it, you just press and use it and it comes out of sleep mode instantly. The only negative is that when it does go into sleep mode, it vibrates loudly.

I THOUGHT I BOUGHT A PROTECTION PLAN WITH THESE TWO SCANNERS AND I AM LOOKING AT THE RECEIPT AND IT DOES NOT SHOW UP. I HAVE BOUGHT COUNTLESS SCANNERS THAT ONLY LAST A MONTH OR SO.

Sturdy build but dongle doesn’t work
I was super excited to get a new scanner for scanning HU’s on incoming product into SAP. The 1st hour the dongle worked great. After I logged out and came back the scanner would not work with the dongle. I now have to use the scanner with the cord attached to my laptop which is pretty inconvenient. Overall it is a good scanner so far.

I’ve been using this barcode scanner for inventorying IT devices at my department. It’s easy to use once you read the instruction manual, which interestingly enough is full of barcodes of various settings. To change the name of this scanner when you search Bluetooth for example, you have to scan a barcode in the manual to trigger that setting, then scan a barcode of the name you want (which can be done with an online text-to-barcode converter website). Plenty of settings in barcode forms, and the scanner can be connected either with printer-like cable, Bluetooth, or wireless USB adapter.The only downside is that it doesn’t read ALL barcodes. Some serial numbers for chromebooks and laptops are too thin, so this doesn’t pick them up at all. But for S/N of printers and larger barcodes, it does fine.

Easy to use BT scanner.
I haven’t tried all the bells and whistles. I simply wanted to use as a keyboard wedge input on my android phone. Paired easily with my phone and worked right off the bat.I didn’t need tech support, but it has a pretty good manual which contains barcodes you scan to do the setup.Scanning works well.I haven’t tried any other connections or using the data collection feature.For the price a nice quality scanner that meets my needs (which are pretty basic).
