Never ever expected a product like this!!
Product looks worse then a printer I would get fro the Salvation Army!! Printer was covered with something resembling rust dust and in general it was filthy. Came well packaged but had software installed from 2012. Ink cartridges were provided and copies look fine but prints slowly in b&w and in color not what I expected. The cover is different shade of yellowing and really looks like something you’d see in the trash. My office is relatively nicely decorated k cannot have this old and abused (old sticker marking, tape removed partially, different shades of yellow) machine sitting on my desk. I’ve bought refurbished products before with no problem by this printer does not look like anyone did anything to it and called “refurbished.” And in my opinion the cost was higher than I originally wanted to spend. When I first opened the box my very first thought was “did they send me the right one?” I should ask for my money back as it surely does resemble the pic displayed on the ad. In summation, buyer beware, be very aware with this seller and “refurbished” products. Never ever expected this type of business transaction. Terrible just terrible.
