This detector was easy to set up and runs on batteries, so there’s no need for a power outlet. It’s lightweight but feels sturdy It’s a good safety addition for home or office.Alarm works as intended. Comes with sealed batteries and while not the well known brand, still has the same features that come with those brands. Good detector plus smoke alarm.

Practical, good price, AA batteries instead of 9V
If you are looking for a good price/quality you can go for this one. Easy and straightforward installation. It uses three AA batteries instead of regular 9V. I like that it has an LED indicator and screen for troubleshooting and little manual explains are pretty accurate. Make sure you read it before installing batteries since you are supposed to put them on an specific order. Alarm sounds noisy enough. If you have conventional ones probably will need to use the new mount since they are a little smaller than usual. Recommended
