Great printer at a wonderful price
Although a little scuffed up from use (this was a used printer) it has been reliable and prints very well. I would recommend Amazon refurbished for this item.

Its a great printer, super portable, high quality print, it works great on my mac and windows laptop. The only downside is the cost of cartridges. Otherwise the best inkjet out there.

Great Value, Inadaquate Support
I had purchased a new product previously to this one. This renewed product arrived in MUCH better packaging than a new printer. All the accessories were NEW and included a printer cable that the new unit did not include. The price for a renewed unit is VERY attractive. The black printer cartridge was defective. The Amazon support phone number was marginal. No one answered the printer cartridge extension for three attempts. I left messages but no one returned them for 24 hours. Finally, I convinced another extension to send out a replacement cartridge which has not arrived for three days. My overall experience is that printer driver installation is VERY complicated with convoluted instructions and should not be attempted by a typical consumer. Mistakes can damage the operating system. Normal HP Support may not be up to the task either. I hired PAID SUPPORT who finally figured out what connectivity works and what does not. Bluetooth, while installed, has not been supported since 2018 and has been replaced by WiFi Direct. I did not set up wireless (WiFi) printing because it is not supported by hotel routers which is where I use this portable printer. Paid Support cost is very reasonable and competent. Overall, my tentative opinion is this “all-in-One device works very well and is small enough to travel with.

2 years later, it’s stopped working.
2 years later, it’s stopped working. I had minor problems with this throughout the 2 years I had it. It would freeze a lot and I would have to unplug and remove the battery. Other than that, it was a good printer. I wish it lasted longer, a bit lighter. It’s kind of heavy for the size.

Great for travel!
I had this copier and lost it, so I bought another one. It works great, except I wish it would have a tray to hold the paper after it is printed. The first one I bought didn’t work correctly, so I contacted HP and they had me try a few things. I was sent a new one and a postage paid box in which to return the previous one. Fed Ex delivered another package to me and I gave it to the driver!
