Absolutely great little, portable label printer!
I love this little label printer. It was my very first Phomemo purchase and, in my opinion, the most simple labeler in their lineup. The D30 is a basic labeler for basic labeling, LOL! I say that because the “spice” for these little printers comes from the many different label options within the 12MM range. You have continuous or cut label options. The print quality is not bad for a simple, cheap labeler alternative, but it is important to keep your expectations within reason, especially if you wish to enjoy your purchase. I have enjoyed using this printer immensely and use it for basic labeling needs as you can see on from the pictures. It is rechargeable, portable and has many label options. The software is very simple and you have many font, border and emoji options. When you connect the printer to your phone, the app Print Master opens to printer-specific options. That’s very important to remember since a label you may have worked on and printed on the M960 will not show when you connect the D30 and vice-versa. Overall, it’s a great buy for basic labeling. Chage lasts a long time and label options are varied. It’s great!!!!

Not difficult and makes great labels!!
It took a few tries to get the font and look I wanted (fonts don’t have names) but now I’m going rolling! Cost is extremely reasonable also!!

Great little label maker
I am very satisfied with this label maker. It is easy to set up and the app is easy to use.The only thing that I was not pleased about was it was supposed to come with three roles of white labels according to wat it shows in the picture but when I received it it only had one roll of white labels and two multicolor rolls.

The labels are perfect size. You can adjust the text size and position. They have some cute design symbols if you want to add them. Prints fast and super easy to use.

Customer support is great — I had trouble getting the first label to print (my own operator error) and customer support was responsive and friendly. The print quality is fine. Not super dark print but clear enough. App is easy to use. For the price, it seems worth it.

I read a review on one that was a lightning deal that said they’d ordered a few and had problems and to order directly from Phonemo because once they did, they didn’t have any problems, so that’s what I did, and I can honestly say that aside from it being a little bit of a pain in the but to initially pair with my device (it wasn’t really THAT hard), it’s been super easy to use and work right every time. I can even Google image search for an icon I need, crop it and save it in my photo gallery and then add anything I need to a label that way. I’ve been able to find or make an icon to use a long with a word to start labeling all kinds of things for my autistic child, especially helpful on the drawers that clothes are in so there’s more my child can do himself, and hopefully he’ll also start learning the words as sight words. I’m also planning on labeling a bunch of my own stuff. I’m excited by the prospect of being able to just stick a label on something to know what’s in it without having to use containers I can see into and basically having to look at everything all the time. I have terrible ADHD, and once upon a time I was incredibly organized and it was AMAZING. Then I had baby, and had to move with a baby, and it’s been 6 years and I’m STILL trying to get organized. I just hope I can manage to actually pull it off this time, but at least now I can label a bunch of old subscription box boxes I kept and I’ll be able to know what is in each one without having to open every single one and look through them.

Waste of money..broke after 3 labels
Don’t waste your money. Total junk. It pretty 4 labels after wasting half of the roll of labels. Then it either prints nothing (blank) most of the time, or if you get lucky and it actually prints it cuts off half of the image/words or only prints part of it. (Example it prints the words but not the little design, or it prints half a word and not the border, etc). It was also supposed to come with 3 rolls of labels. I got one “trial” roll which was half the amount of labels as it was supposed to be. The roll is so thin and loosely wound that it gets jammed up every 1-2 times and you end up having to rip those off and wasting them. Save your money and use a sharpie or buy a different label maker. The image is also so tiny and blurry it’s basically not readable. The labels are barely sticky so they fall off of everything anyway. Avoid the frustration and just don’t buy it. I missed the return window thinking I could mess with it and get it to work. I also want to note that it’s not user error. The app is the one that it tells you to download, I am choosing the correct label size, and I’m printing in the correct parameters of where it says to create your label. When you try to create an account with your phone number it says you can’t us a US phone number. If you use your email address it says there is an error and to try again later (every time). Most of not all of the language is in broken English (which I wouldn’t care as long as it actually worked). Do better Amazon, the last 3 out of 5 things I’ve purchased have either been broken, not as described, or total junk.

This label maker is good value and works well. The labels are, of course, quite small. But you can fit a decent amount of text on each label. You can go over two lines. There are lots of options for making the labels more interesting but I only use as a basic label maker. Highly recommended.
