Works as expected – very accurate laser line for reading bar codes which are close to one another
out of all the bar code scanners I have, this one is my favorite – it is very precise in terms of reading the specific bar code I am scanning. My specific use case is that I have multiple barcodes that are printed vertically one a label – and I only want the second one down. With the laser line, I can see exactly which bar code will be scanned by the scanner. The scanner worked out of the box, just had to plug in the dongle – no configuration or drivers to install on my computer. Would I buy again? Definitely!

For $30 this barcode reader can be used as 2.4GHz Wireless or with USB cable. It has a display which show you the information that you read. It comes with a stand. The settings are printed as barcodes in the manual which you only need to scan to use it.

Instant and Effortless
I love it when things just work with little or no effort (like this scanner). Took out of the box, plugged it in to charge, but there was no indicator light however, when I pressed the trigger the display screen lite up and showed the battery status.Before anything else I picked up a bottle of vitamins I had on my desk and scanned the barcode. Got immediate feedback with a beep to let me know the scan was successful. But even better than that, the barcode number displayed on the screen along with the type of barcode it was “code 128”. It also tells you the length (number of characters) of the code, in this case it was ten.I plugged the scanner into my laptop, no setup necessary, nothing to download. Opened a spreadsheet, clicked on an open cell, scanned the vitamin barcode again, and it was automatically added to the spreadsheet, Again, even better, it also put in a carriage return (or new line) and went to the next cell below. No other interaction was needed to get to the next line so I could scan another bottle of nutritional supplements that was on my desk.I disconnected the scanner and removed the USB dongle from the base scanner’s handle and plugged it into my laptop. Once again, no setup needed and I was able to continue scanning without skipping a beat.There is also an included USB/ type C cable as well as the stand.Everything worked instantly and entirely effortlessly. There’s a manual included at some point I should probably take a look at it.

Good Wireless, Rechargeable Barcode Scanner with Stand
This barcode scanner should be very useful for anyone who needs to scan barcoded inventory into a system. It could also be used to scan barcodes of library books as they are being checked out or returned. The fully adjustable stand is a nice addition that complements the use of the scanner.The unit has a rechargeable battery. A cable with a standard USB plug goes into a power USB power supply. The end that goes to the scanner has a USB C plug. The display clearly indicates battery charge level as well as wireless signal strength.The unit can be used either connected to a computer or wirelessly (wireless use makes this scanner very portable and versatile). The wireless receiver module plugs into a standard USB port on the receiving computer system. When not used, the receiver fits snuggly into a slot on the handle bottom.

Bright red laser line that indicates where scanning, reads challenging barcodes reliably
I have a project I’m trying to sort out. I needed to read code 128 barcodes and record them in a database. I ordered 2 barcode scanners to test. This one is my favorite of the two. I really like the screen on top that allows you to see what was just scanned as well as other information about the barcode. I found that this scanner is a little better at reading distorted barcodes which I seem to be encountering. It comes with a helpful manual and is easily customized to allow it to work with your needs. The wireless range seems very good.

The barcode scanner is highly sensitive
This is the second barcode scanner I’ve purchased, and it’s currently the best one I’ve used. It connects directly to the computer with USB, which is super easy. It also comes with a stand to hold the scanner. The scanner’s response is very quick and sufficient for my daily scanning needs. Additionally , it features a screen that clearly shows the battery usage, allowing me to charge it in time. Overall, my experience with this scanner has been excellent. Highly recommended!
