Asurion is a great insurance program!
I tend to only purchase insurance on brands I’m not familiar with and I’m so glad I did because almost 2 years later, the shredder I purchased is not functioning properly at all. I reached out to Asurion and within an hour my claim was approved and as soon as I got the shredder packaged and dropped off at the nearest UPS, my refund was in my email immediately. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service indeed!

Your product has been there on the items that had value. And thank goodness you have not had to activate if there was freight issue or equipment .I have used Dell Computers for years. I still remember when that first came out. And within 5 years Dell was moving along with the pace of Microsoft Windows and we thought technology was here. For I remember when I went to work at age 13 and I was paying my taxes. Living at home came to a end. And I was trained by my great grandfather He owned the the largest saw mill on the Aplachicola river where they floated the logs down river and one Pine Tree was around 136” diameter and 150 to 200’ before you cut the crook out of the cure in the log at the debarker. And baled and staked hay 120’ high in the barn and green it could weigh 80 to 100lbs depending on horse and cow hay. And straw hay was heavy also. Watermelons 8’ long and 5’ dia. And tughaul nut they crush them to bake for the base for women’s makeup. And I moved into interstate building and was taught the ropes of hands on with shovel,operator for all the heavy equipment, then supervision in each phase from clearing to asphalt and sell the project.. sent to school by the companies at night first supervised 25 people until one day organizing 3,200 and first computer I did for the owner wanted to move from green sheets to a faster way to bid and Lotus 123 was easy and not for lot others so Microsoft excel came out and Dell came along and in all these years there was a issue with one and then we have every body looking at webcams and speakers. And I want to see if your firm has workstations 8 or 10 core Dell. On the Business side. I need 4.5 ghz or faster 156 gb ram and me Juan island solid state hd. And r/w cd and diffrent type of hook ups. I like to see and have it at my home within 36 hours and I flipp the cost. The web I sent back was to bright even with low light for some one could see you on the other end like 150 people. I train people at no charge just to keep my mind going. Useful and easy to use, but not everything was covered.
Overall, this was a good experience. The online claim system was straightforward, and telephone support – which later became necessary – was courteous and efficient.My only reservation is that the tax costs of my original purchase were not covered. In my location local and state sales taxes amount to nearly 9% of the purchase price, which is a very noticeable amount.

Smooth Process
I had to submit a claim for two items that no longer work. The process went smoothly, as the instructions stated. When I had questions, customer service representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a replacement item and the Asurion protection plan again. Well worth the money.

Courteous and efficient process
My keyboard for my IPad Pro (2nd generation) stopped working last week. I managed to find my receipt for purchase and documentation that I had purchased the keyboard and an Asurion warranty and the warranty was still valid. The representative I contacted was courteous and helpful in advising me in how I might replace my keyboard and apply the credit from the warranty towards its purchase. It was an efficient process, and the company followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I purchased another warranty for my current keyboard. The warranty is affordable and so good for electronics that have short lifetimes.

Insurance for scanner
Ask for all insurance we can only hope that they will honor their name brand with their assurance that they would be there in case the product fails now in most cases insurance try to finagle their way out now I haven’t had any issues with the product other than manufacturer problems but therefore not requiring to talk insurance yet but if failure does come and I need them we can only hope that they will honor their word and back up the product and get it fixed or replaced we can only hope and wait and hopefully not need it.
